بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم ❓Question: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة If a scholar of Ahlusunnah has made a verdict that Y is an innovator, then after that, students of the Y continue to take knowledge from him, without a conclusive argument to refute the scholar's knowledge-based verdict, is the students considered as innovators? I hope you would answer with concrete evidences. For questions ,suggestions and etc CICAF.QnA@gmail.com Answered by: Abu Harun Muhammad Taweel https://t.me/coreIslamiccourse

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Question: ❓ السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ Akhi I have a question, should we take knowledge from Shaykh Muhammad Bin Hadi and can you explain the defence for him? For questions ,suggestions and etc CICAF.QnA@gmail.com Answered by: Abu Harun Muhammad Taweel https://t.me/coreIslamiccourse

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Question❓ The academy is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They claim they're upon salafiyyah , they do warn against innovators/innovations. A friend recently explained to me that one of the teachers of the academy claims he is against madhkalis and she decided to leave the academy because of it. I'm new to the salafiyyah, I do not know what madhkalis are or why should we stay away from it. I did not find anything wrong from the rest of the teachers from the academy. The shaykhs from Bosnia and Herzegovina all recommend this academy for us to learn about salafiyyah, but this made me suspicious of it. With this I also found out, a lot of the shaykhs that I just mentioned also go and warn against madhkalis. This made me have waswasa, should I stay away from those this academy and also schoolars who go against madhkalis? Repost from N/a
الـسـلام عـلـيـكـم ورحـمـة الـلـه وبـركـاتـه I welcome you all to this new channel. The aim remains the same: to share beneficial knowledge and serve the Ummah to the best of our ability. As you may all be aware, the original channel was accidentally deleted. I’m about 80% sure I deleted it, but 20% of me wonders how quickly that channel link was taken—or whether it was already running in the background. Allah knows best. I truly appreciate the du'as and condolences. From some of the messages, it almost felt like I had lost a loved one. May Allah have mercy on the old channel, accept those efforts, and place barakah in this new one. Alhamdulillah, the nightly round of talbinah did me well, and waking up to discover that the old content is still retrievable has made me feel even better. Lesson learned, inshaAllah.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Question: I am a beginner in learning the Deen, and I sincerely wish to understand matters correctly, following the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah. Recently, I have started studying the book “Description of the Prophet’s ﷺ Prayer” by Shaykh al-Albani, and it has encouraged me to improve my Salah according to authentic narrations. However, I have some confusion and questions in my mind, and I humbly seek your clarification: 1️⃣ Why do different schools of thought (madhhabs) exist in Islam, when the best guidance is the guidance of the Prophet ﷺ? 2️⃣ In my country, many Muslims strongly follow a particular school of thought and identify themselves with it. Why is this so common? 3️⃣ While studying the Prophet’s ﷺ prayer, I came across authentic hadith indicating placing the hands on the chest after takbir. However, many people around me place their hands below the navel, and this seems different from what I am learning. Why do such differences exist when the hadith appears clear? 4️⃣ As a beginner, how should I approach these differences without becoming confused or disrespectful towards others? بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Note: This work was completed over ten years ago. In it, we quoted from individuals who, at that time, were upon uprightness; however, they have since gone astray. We have therefore revised the work and removed those individuals. So kindly refer to this updated PDF. Bārakallāhu fīkum. https://t.me/coreIslamiccourse/1382

A Summary on Zakatul Fitr:Compiled by-Abu Harun Muhammad Taweel

By Allah, whoever is truthful with Allah will find success in this path. Continue upon this path. This path, may Allah grant you success, is a blessed path. It is a path in which sincerity can be noticed, Allah willing. It is a path in which contentment can be noticed. It is a path in which humility can be noticed. If we were people who collected money during the days of the siege, there would be no wounded, no killed, no such people - like the women sheltering in the basements, and the men, and the children - we would have filled the world with pictures to collect money. Also, things were very strikingly significant, but we don't see tasweer of animate beings to be permissible. We don't want to disobey our Lord in order to collect money, and Allah will not honour us by disobeying Him. [Allah says] "Allah defends those who believe." [And He says] "Those who commit sins will be recompensed for their sins in kind, and humiliation will cover them." And since Ahlus-Sunnah, praise be to Allah, have contentment, have adherence, stay far from sins in war and peace, Allah defended them. They did not emerge [from the siege of Dammaj] humiliated; they emerged honoured. Allah defended them and granted them victory despite their few numbers. [Allah says] "Indeed, Allah defends those who believe." [And He says]: "My guardian is Allah who revealed the Book, and He protects the righteous." Obey Allah, you will be victorious. Obey Allah, you will be honoured. The methods and means that people invent as causes for honour, causes for victory, causes for acceptance - if they contradict Shariah - will have an inverse effect. In whose hand is the dominion? In whose hand is the dominion? Who gives honour? Who gives humiliation? Who gives generosity? Who gives? Who prevents? It is Allah, "Say: O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty from whom You will. You honour whom You will and You humiliate whom You will. In Your hand is all good." Be with Allah always and don't worry; this is from statements from Ibn Al-Qayyim.
Questioner:
In addition to that, they have also started requiring a monthly subscription for separate electronic groups, where brothers meet with brothers and sisters meet with sisters, for the purpose of getting to know and connecting with those who follow the correct methodology.
Sheikh
As for the matter of getting to know one another—a person becoming acquainted with his brother or communicating with him, for example, so that he knows his brother and maintains a connection with him—this is a good thing. Similarly, a woman connecting with her sister through proper means of communication, not [video apps such as] Imo or similar platforms, or a brother with his brother. As for the method of giving them smartphones or this approach—we do not recommend smartphones. In these places, we tell the youth that smartphones are not suitable for them. I fear for them, by Allah, of widespread fitnah. Even the married ones, by Allah, we fear greatly for them. However, we have observed that those who are married tend to have more safety, and the harm on them is less. In any case, there is no need for these smartphones. Whoever communicates with his brother in a manner free from fitnah, and a woman with her sister in a manner free from fitnah—this is something desirable, whether within the country or in the vast lands of Allah. Communication among Ahlus-Sunnah is important, as is strengthening bonds, rejoicing in their joy, grieving in their grief, offering condolences, comfort, congratulations, and similar things that are known to be the way of a brother with his brother in all circumstances. And Allah is in the help of His servant as long as the servant is in the help of his brother. Source: https://t.me/madrasatuna/5961

𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 (46) They Didn't Learn This From Us!
An Important Question from Britain:
Recently, some students who sought knowledge in Yemen with our Sheikh Yahya, may Allah preserve him, returned to their country and established an institute. They began charging fees for lessons...
Sheikh Yahya
This method of imposing fees for lessons is not something they learned from us. With us, by the grace of Allah, this does not exist at all. Rather, a student comes seeking knowledge and is not asked for a single penny. Allah provides for his food, drink, and accommodation. Also, whatever Allah facilitates for his needs - even with limited means - he is content with that. His affairs are good, and he seeks knowledge without any costs, whether he is single or married. The Da'wah does not charge him anything. If Allah facilitates means for the Da'wah to provide, then it provides. If Allah does not facilitate means, then they exercise patience. They exercise patience without being asked for anything. This is what we follow here, [as Allah says:] "Say, 'I do not ask you for any reward for it.'" [And His saying] "Whatever payment I might have asked of you - it is yours." If the prophets and messengers of Allah asked people for their wealth, it would be a cause for people to turn away from the religion of Allah. [Allah says] "And He does not ask you for your wealth." Da'wah to Allah is not for profit or interest. Da'wah is for spreading knowledge as Allah facilitates from goodness. So I advise my brothers who are listening to taking payments from, or imposing payments from students - weekly, monthly - donations in exchange for teaching, or in exchange for this and that - there is no need for this. If you have the ability, teach the children of Muslims. Whoever comes to you, teach them. And if they don't come, Allah's earth is vast. If you don't have the ability... teach even the children in your neighbourhood. They learn from you, then return to their homes, eat, drink, and sleep. How many masjids and centres in our cities here in Yemen are in this situation? Hundreds and thousands attend a teacher, and he teaches them. They go to their homes. Others have kitchens, internal feeding, internal accommodation, and so on, and they manage with what Allah facilitates. This exists. As for this method of collections, or asking for money in exchange for this and that - there is no need for this. This is a cause for the removal of blessings. It is similar to the path of charity organisations, the path of the ikhwanis, a displeasing path. Fear Allah as much as you can.
Questioner
They started imposing fees for lessons in various sciences...
Sheikh Yahya
Meaning, how much will the lesson on Ajrumiyyah be? How much? And how much will the lesson on Wasitiyyah be? And they will determine for us the lesson on the book Fath Al-Majeed. And for example, Sahih Al-Bukhari - that will be a huge amount. Tafsir Ibn Kathir - how much will they charge? Lessons in Arabic, lessons in fiqh, lessons in mustalah, lessons in this and that...This method is not correct. It is the way of Dunya. The Da'wah cannot be established not on worldly gains. It will fail. Look at many centres [of Ahlus-Sunnah] in the vast lands of Allah that operate on this way: they have support facilitated for them, Allah facilitates for them, and the Da'wah stands. If support is not facilitated, they teach whoever attends - without these arrangements and these things. Those people - the people of charity organisations, may Allah rectify them - have taken teaching as a means to attract money. They also bring food. They sit with food and take pictures: "Look, ma sha Allah, look at the people eating, the people praying, the people reciting, the people studying, the people with open mus-hafs." Leave something for Allah, O brother! You want to collect money from people? I seek refuge with Allah from a life in which action is for other than Allah, in order to collect money. No, O brothers! Blessings come from Allah.

Recently, some students who had studied Islamic sciences in Yemen under Sheikh Yahya al-Hajuri were found. After returning to their country, they established an institute and began charging fees for lessons and study circles, which include: • Monotheism • Doctrine • Jurisprudence • Hadith • Arabic language • Memorizing the Quran • Memorizing texts In addition, they also imposed a monthly subscription for separate online groups, where brothers meet with brothers, and sisters with sisters, with the aim of getting to know and communicating with those who are on the right path. We request your guidance on this matter. Is it permissible to charge fees for teaching Islamic knowledge and for such online groups in this manner? What is your advice to students of Islamic knowledge in this regard? If it were possible to present this question directly to Sheikh Yahya al-Hajouri, that would be greatly appreciated.
