It's been a rough month, and I want to say thank you for being patient with me — especially those of you on Spotify. Here's where things stand.
📊 SPOTIFY – WHAT THE DATA SHOWS
About 35% of Spotify customers were affected by this crackdown. I initially thought Plan 1A (Individual) was completely dead, but it turns out a good number of accounts are still fine.
That said, with this wave I'd rather move everyone towards Plan 1B (Join Family). It costs a bit more, but it's been stable throughout — and stable is what I prioritise. If you're deciding between the two, go 1B.
I'm still selling 1A for those who prefer it — I'm confident I can stand behind the warranty on it.
🔄 SPOTIFY REFUNDS & OPTION 3
Refunds are progressing steadily. Option 3 backlog is down to about 10 people, mostly newer customers — you'll be cleared shortly.
🎬 NETFLIX / DISNEY
Netflix had its own crackdown 1–2 months before Spotify, and it's possible I missed someone in the middle of all this.
Good news: so far Netflix is back to stable, and Netflix Private in particular. If I owe you any Netflix, let me know — I will replace it with all the unused days.
Same for Disney — if you believe I still owe you a replacement or refund, message me directly with your number and what you're owed and I'll sort it.

Now that Spotify is under control, I'm turning to YouTube. There's a small backlog on the appeals side — if you're waiting on one, you're not forgotten, I'm working through it now.

*Spotify Family Host Instructions 🎵*
Thank you for helping out as a host! The setup is pretty simple.
*Step 1️⃣ — Purchase the Family Plan*
Please purchase the *Spotify Family Plan for S$20.98* on my behalf.
*Step 2️⃣ — Set Up the Family Plan*
After purchasing:
• Set an *easy Singapore address* for the Family Plan
• Generate the Family invite link
• Send the invite link to me
Once I receive the link, *I will handle the rest and fill all 5 slots*.
*Step 3️⃣ — Refund*
If you are an existing customer who previously topped up *S$80 or S$45*, I will process your refund *after the Family Plan has been successfully set up*.
Your effective cost for *1 year of Spotify Premium is S$40*.
The refund will be calculated as:
*Previous top-up + S$20.98 − S$40*
For example:

Once everything is set up, *please send me your phone number for the refund*. I’ll refund the excess back to you accordingly.
After that, your only responsibility is to maintain the Family Plan payment and remove the members once every 6 months.
