Breaking‼️: Ahpra lodges complaint against me over exercise or international free speech. 🎤 Mon 26 Feb: AHPRA (a state-based Victorian corporation) not only thinks they have (unlawful) national jurisdiction over all of Australian health practitioners; but they now believe they run Indonesia too!🇮🇩 They (not a patient, or even a member of the public) have referred my protest against World Health authorities in Bali in Oct ‘23 to the Queensland Health Ombudsman who have referred it back to them for investigation and further regulatory action. 😠 They are also investigating my social media posts on the so called “vaccine”. Looks like they want to have a fight again. Well - they got it. 💪 🇦🇺

I just won my criminal case against the State of Queensland (the Qld Police)!! The Magistrate found that the Qld Police 👮‍♂️ had not formed a reasonable belief that I was obstructing patrons at the cafe during my protest on 23 May 23 due to a lack of physical evidence of such an obstruction. Therefore the Qld Police did not have the lawful power to issue a move on order to me therefore I was never required to comply and was free to keep protesting - consequently the Magistrate has today found me not guilty and has had my charges dismissed completely. I now intend to sue the State of Queensland for compensation for unlawful arrest, deprivation of liberty and common assault. 👮‍♀️ #wewillwin 🏆8:32 Thank you to all my supporters during this difficult time. 🤲 #allGlorytoGod ✝️

My High Court case regarding the constitutionality of the 2023 Referendum is still ongoing. If the AEC wishes to bring criminal charges against me this will only help us secure standing and utility in this any further legal action. #WeWillWin 🏆
