“The Night is Darkest Before The Dawn” When you’re in your lowest moments this is where it counts the most. It’s extremely important to remember this, because in those moments it can feel extremely hard to see any answer of what to do next or very easy to feel demotivated. Reminding ourselves that it won’t just be a smooth journey 100% of the time, we would be lucky to even have 60% of the time! Balance is necessary and as the pendulum swings from positive to negative we should be aware of these movements. Being prepared means we are aware and if we are aware of the current situation the easier it is to accept. This is where you begin to submit to the journey and then start to truth the path. The long term vision requires this process for you to stay persistent and clear through the day to day struggles that take place. The biggest enemy to progress is ourselves but only if we allow ourselves to give in to the hardship and the negative thoughts. It’s also ourselves that can push past these things, create a new narrative within and reach new highs.
