الكليشة المهمة للجهاز التنفسي بالاوسكي: 💭 Type of Breathing: *Harsh Vesicular Breathing  Means  Normal (Inspiration More Than Expiration). *Broncho-Vesicular Breathing  Means  Obstructive Lung Diseases (Expiration More Than Inspiration) as in Asthma, COPD, Bronchiectesis. 💭No prolongation of the inspiratory or expiratory phases 💭No rhonci (if present we should mention the area , highest area , expiratory or both) 💭No crepitation (if present we should mention the area , fine or coarse) 💭No friction rub 💭No stridor (harsh inspiratory sound which is smiliar to rhonci sound but in the inspiratoey phase) 💭 DDx
