a lot of safety precautions and situational advices have been given. there is so much i learned from this that i believe everyone should give it a read atleast a few times and actually take steps.
the common response to such attacks is freezing.
it's good to be actively mentally prepared when something as such occurs so you don't freeze and can fight for your life to an extent.

In 1918, the world was already drowning in World War I—trenches, gas, millions of dead—when a mysterious illness began sweeping the globe. It killed more than the war itself: between 50 and 100 million people against 16 million deaths in WWI.
The US named it "Spanish flu" and here's why:👇
Spain wasn't where it started. Spain was the only country at the time that reported honestly about it. The US, Britain, France and Germany censored all reports of the illness to maintain wartime morale—then deliberately spread the lie that it was "Spanish."
The first recorded cases appeared in Fort Riley, Kansas, at a US military base, in March 1918.
▪️Soldiers who had just received an experimental bacterial meningitis vaccine—developed by the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research—started dropping dead within days. Fever. Cough. Bloody sputum.
▪️Within days, the base was overwhelmed, in few weeks, every US military camp was infected, and it required just several months to take over the world, after US troop ships carried it to every theatre of war—France, Britain, Italy, Germany—and beyond.
😵 The mass murderer they never named
In January 1918, two months before the Fort Riley outbreak, the Rockefeller Institute administered experimental bacterial vaccines to soldiers at Camp Funston, Fort Riley's training facility.
The vaccine was crude and dangerous:
🩸Cultured in horses
🩸Contained multiple live bacterial strains
🩸Injected into young men who were then shipped to Europe.
▪️Dr Frederick L. Gates (no relation to Bill) authored the Rockefeller Institute's own 1919 report on the experiment, and documented soldiers developing flu-like symptoms within days of vaccination. The same symptoms that defined the pandemic.
▪️The The World Economic Forum (WEF) still repeats the lie, claiming that "it was an influenza." However, the virus didn't behave like influenza. While seasonal flu kills the elderly and infants, this one attacked healthy young adults aged 20 to 40.
▪️It was a bacterial infection, supercharged by a vaccine that primed the immune system to attack its own lung tissue. The result: a cytokine storm—a hyper-immune overreaction that destroyed young, healthy bodies from the inside out.
💩 2008: Fauci KNEW it
▪️In 2008, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases—led by Anthony Fauci—published a landmark paper analysing preserved lung tissue from 1918 victims.
▪️About 95% of deaths were caused by secondary bacterial pneumonia, it concluded, confirmed by over 8,000 autopsies. The same type of bacteria contained in the Rockefeller vaccine.
▪️More than a decade before COVID-19 hit, Fauci's peer-reviewed paper stated that the "Spanish flu" was bacterial, not viral. He knew and he never connected it publicly to the Rockefeller experiment. Moreover, he manipulated US intelligence on coronavirus origins and lied to Congress to cover up misconduct within the agency.
