Notice 🚨 For those coming to campus, please note that the Bole Gate is closed for entrance. Kindly use the other available gates. If you’re carrying a bag, entrance is not allowed except through Geda Gates.

Remainder for Intern Students All students are required to submit both softcopy and hardcopy internship documents, and official company result no later than Monday at 10:00 LT. Only one hardcopy is required per group. N.B. Late submissions will not be accepted.

If you are working with a group and presenting as a group, write all the members and their respective advisors.

NOTICE: All 3rd and 4th year ECE students are notified that Monday, 21 September 2026 at 10:00 LT is the final and non-extendable deadline for both submission of internship documents and the official company grade. Students who fail to comply with this deadline will face consequences, including receiving no grade for the internship.

REMAINDER: Please take note of the following important instructions: 1. Third-year students are required to prepare and submit an internship report only. 2. Fourth-year students are required to do a project additionally. 3. Third-year and fourth-year students are not allowed to form mixed groups. 4.
