Greetings dear students, It has been observed that many of you have not yet completed your final internship placement at your current organizations. Please note that you are required to fill out the Google Form no later than tomorrow, as this is the final deadline. Failure to comply may put you at risk.

Greetings, Dear Students,
I hope your internship activities are progressing well. You are kindly requested to check your assigned supervisors from the provided list and contact them as soon as possible to report your progress, as time is passing quickly.
Please take note of the following important instructions:
1. Third-year students are required to prepare and submit an internship report only.
2. Fourth-year students are required to work on a project.
3. Third-year and fourth-year students are not allowed to form mixed groups.
4. The maximum number of students allowed per group is five (5).
Please follow these guidelines carefully and maintain regular communication with your supervisors.

Dear 4th and 5th Year ECE Students,
Thank you for participating in the elective course selection survey of 1st semester 2019EC A/Y. Your responses have been reviewed, and the courses receiving the majority of student votes have been selected for registration.
For 5th Year Students:
1. Major Restricted Elective VI: ECE5307 – VLSI Design
2. Major Restricted Elective VII: ECE5315 – Embedded and Real Time Systems
3. Major Restricted Elective VIII: ECE5321 – Biomedical Instrumentation and Analysis
For 4th Year Students:
1. Major Elective IV: EPCE3207 – Electrical Measurement and Instrumentation
Students will be registered under the above courses based on the majority selections. We appreciate your participation and cooperation throughout the course selection process.

Dear 5th Year ECE Students,
Please be informed that the following project courses are part of your curriculum:
ECEg5203 – Capstone Project
ECEg5207 – Final Year Project Phase I
All 5th year students are advised to begin preparing for these projects in advance. Start identifying potential project areas, reviewing relevant literature, and strengthening the technical knowledge and skills required for successful project execution.
Early preparation will help you select meaningful projects and complete them more effectively. Please plan accordingly.
