Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, printers, and remote desktop tools.
- Basic understanding of IT security best practices.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple requests.
- Team player with attention to detail.
