تحليل مشاكل المستخدمين والسيستم.
البحث عن أسباب المشاكل والوصول إلى حلول.
التفكير بطريقة تحليلية ومنطقية في حل الـ Issues.
التعامل مع المستخدمين ومتابعة المشكلات حتى الوصول إلى حل.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في أنظمة المستشفيات أو الـ HIS .
⭐ المطلوب شخص عنده قدرة على الفهم والتحليل والبحث عن الحلول، وليس مجرد مستخدم للسيستم.
📋 نظام التدريب والتقييم
🔹 مدة التدريب: 3 أشهر.
🔹 يتم خلال فترة التدريب تقييم المتدرب بصورة مستمرة من خلال مدير إدارة النظم والمعلومات ونائب مدير الإدارة.
🔹 في نهاية فترة التدريب، يتم منح شهادة تدريب للمتدرب بعد استيفاء متطلبات التدريب والتقييم.
