| 2 | 📢 Salary Revision Payslip – Simple Explanation
Many people are confused after seeing the revised payslip, so here's a quick explanation.
As you all know, the revised compensation letters were released in April. However, the revised salary has been implemented only in the June payroll.
Because of this:
✅ Arrears are the salary difference for April and May based on the revised compensation. Since the revised salary wasn't paid during those two months, the difference is now being credited together in June.
✅ Current Earnings represent your normal monthly gross salary for June as per the revised compensation structure.
So, in simple terms, this month's payslip contains:
• April salary difference (Arrear)
• May salary difference (Arrear)
• June revised monthly gross salary (Current)
You may also notice some allowance components have changed. This is because TCS has restructured the salary components as part of the salary revision. So, don't compare individual allowances—look at the overall revised salary.

📌 Key Update As per the compensation communication, the revised compensation will be reflected in the June 2026 payroll.
💰 Since the April and May payrolls were processed without the revised compensation, the applicable difference for these months is expected to be paid as arrears along with the June salary.

- B Band → ~4–8%
- C Band → ~0–3%
- D Band → -1% to -3% (negative impact)
🔴Important adds:

⭐️- C → improvement zone, will be monitored closely
⭐️- D → PIP chances (30–90 days), strict targets
