Lec 1 bio part 2 🌟MOF of group I Lipophiloc hormone ---> diffusion عبر cell membrane of target cell ---> binds to specific receptor ---> active complex ---> bind to hormone response element( مكان عال DNA) ---> ويشتغل ك regulatory protein ---> يزود تصنيع بروتينات معينة و يثبط تصنيع بروتينات معينة أو يزود تصنيع regulatory proteins تعمل نفس الشيء (كده هو بيقفل التصنيع (gene expression) من أوله، مش بيروح يكسر حاجة) 🌟MOF of group ll 1st messenger(hormone) ---> binds to receptor ---> activate 2nd messenger in cytoplasm ---> ينشط kinase يروح يعمل activation/ inactivation لمجموعة من ال proteins ⚡️group ll a نفس mechanism ال G protein Activated G protein---> Activation of adenyl cyclase ---> ⬆️ تحويل Amp---> cAMP ----> يحفر Protein kinase ----> acivation/ inhibition 🌟الباقيين بيشتغلوا بنفس الطريقة باختلاف ال 2nd messenger 🌟هنلاقي group ll b بيستخدم cGMP ف هنا GTP هو اللي اللي اتنشط ل cGMP 🌟Hormones use ca and phospholipids as 2sd messenger : Hormone-complex protein---> activate phopholipase C ----> ⬆️Ca influx + conversion of PIP2 ---> diacylglycerol + inositol triphosphate آخر اتنين + Ca ---> بيشتغلوا ك 2nd messenger 🌟Calmodulin( Ca binding protein) ممكن يشتغل ك 2nd messenger 🌟Target cell activation عن طريق -blood levels of hormone - relative number of receptors on target cell - affinity of receptors to hormones 🌟Hormone concentration in blood -Rate of release - life span 🌟Control of hormone release -higher regulation -feed Back mechanism 🌟Higher regulation بيبقى عن طريق hypothalamic hormones وال Ant pituitary hormone 🌟بفرق سبب نقص إفراز الهرمون سواء primary أو 2ry بتحاليل مختلفة مثلًا فال thyroid لو 1ry thyrodism هلاقي TSH⬆️ أما لو المشكلة فال pituitary هلاقي T3, T4⬇️ + ⬇️TSH لو المشكلة فال Hypothalamus هعمل radiology 🔻باقي الحاجات اللي اتفوتت دي هناخدها فالفسيولوجي زي الجدول صفحة 136 🔻فالامتحان هتقولك مثلًا هات مثال على group d واشرح الmechanism #EnRe_bio #EnRe_N

الحاجات الي الدكتورة قالت ((مش))جاي فيها اسئلة تبع امتحان الفيرتيكال في جزء الدكتورة رانيا 👇👇👇 ١-ص ١٥ و ١٦ ٢-الparticipants/ Sample population ص ٢٠ ٣_ص ٢٢ و٢٣ جزء الselection issues ٤-رقم 6 و 7في ص ٢٥ من تحت ٥- ص ٢٨ و٢٩ ٦-٣٠ ماعدا ال٥ نقط اللي تحت من اولliterature search و٣١ و( ٣٢ لحد step5) اما الحاجات المهمة جدا 👇👇 ١- تعريف ال critical appraisal واهميته ٢-الpotential confounders ٣-الجدول اللي في ص ١٨ و١٩ كله مهم جداا جداا ٤-الstudy design ٥-الvalidity والreliability ٦-الconfidence interval والP-value ٧-الstatical results والclinical significance اي حاجة تاني علينا بس الدكتورة رانيا مقالتليش انها مهمة جدا واحنا كلمنا الدكتورة في الحاجات دي بسرعة فبرضه هنأكد عليها تاني ربما يكون في حاجة فيها غلطة
