Мы с хост мамой едем в Таргет за продуктами, которые нам нужны для приготовления плова!‌‌ Седня сходим в Таргет, а завтра уже с хост папой будем готовить плов. Прикол в том что, мы никогда раньше не готовили плов, а вот мама, да. Но, завтра она помогать не будет 😂 Так что я с папой хорошенько потрудимся в четверг.

What's going on in my life these days? 1. Lost my passport. Two weeks ago, when I was in Washington DC, I couldn't find my passport either at hotel or the conference halls. I asked FLEX Staff members to help me figure out what I need to do to get my passport back. Over this weekend, I was at my local representative's. Ms. Kim helped me work on my ASSE Projects and Presentations that I am going to organize at PiM. She also showed me emails that ASSE sent to her saying that they are all working on my passport situation. I have three options right now: (a) I can wait till they find my passport (b) I could pay $250 to get a new passport (c) FLEX will get me a special document (ticket back home) which confirms that I am an exchange student who lost his ID while his participation on the program. I probably won't pay $250 for a new passport as I have to stay for two more months in America, and I will need to spend a certain amount of money on essential things. 2. Changed Host Families. My current host family is going on vacation to Ireland for two or so weeks to celebrate my host brother's graduation. They are leaving on May 29th, but Ms. Kim said that I have to change host families because I can't be at someone's house without its owner's presence. She also explained why I should get a new host family for the whole month of May till June 16. She says that an American family can become a host family only if the hosting experience lasts for at least a month. At this point, I contacted Connor's (a really good friend of mine) mother if she could host me till June 16. It took her a little while to think, which is perfectly ok, because you gotta ask your whole family if they are ok with hosting an exchange student. She said she's excited about hosting me and she will contact Ms. Kim shortly. All in all, there's a lot of things that I am going through these days. That's probably one of the reasons why I haven't been posting vlogs on YouTube. @javohir_utkirov
