this week we're talking about people pleasing. how much of what we do is because we genuinely want to, and how much is because we don't want to let other people down? 1. do you think people are born people pleasers or do they become one? 2. is being a people pleaser always a bad thing? 3. where do you draw the line between kindness and people pleasing? 4. do you find it harder to disappoint yourself or someone else? 5. can you be honest without hurting people's feelings? 6. do you think people take advantage of people pleasers, or do people pleasers allow them? 7. is it selfish to put yourself first? 8. would you rather be liked by everyone or respected by everyone? 9. do you think people remember those who always say yes or value them less because they always do? 10. do you think people pleasing is about caring for others or fearing their opinion?
