Normalise saying "Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin faqeer" whenever you desperately want something to happen
"Ya Allah I am in need of whatever good you send to me"

Haven't we all realised this at some point? We’ve come to know many hearts in our life through family, friendships, and the people Allah places in our path. Yet of all the hearts we’ve tried to understand, the most difficult was our own.
We know how to comfort others, lend a listening ear, and remind them of Allah, but when it comes to our own hearts, we often fall silent before questions we cannot answer.
Maybe this is Allah’s way of teaching us that our hearts were never meant to be fully understood or carried by us alone. They were meant to be entrusted to Him, the One who created them, who knows every secret, every ache, and every longing. And perhaps real peace begins the moment we surrender our hearts to Allah, letting His mercy hold what we cannot.

My teacher once said something I’ll never forget: When we have more than enough, it means someone else has less.
The extra money we have isn’t really ours, it’s meant to be shared with those who need it.
This is a reminder that wealth isn’t just for us, it’s for everyone.
As Muslims, we are called to care for each other, because when we lift others, we all rise together 🌷

“Not knowing what’s next is scary but that’s where tawakkul begins.”
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t need a 5-year plan.
Sometimes, it’s enough to say, “Ya Allah, guide me.” And take one step at a time with trust.
Because your Rabb doesn’t just guide, He walks with you.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَال
alhamdullilah, on a blessed friday, a year older today! i would never say that i am wiser but it takes time. step by step to a better future, in sya allah.
i am not old neither am i young, i might be younger than most of you here but.. in syaa allah, let’s just use this platform to get closer to Him, in search of His mercy.
to a better and wiser years to come. i am not someone pious neither am i someone religious, i am also an ordinary man who sins every day, but ‘aib is covered by Him.
but this telechannel also it gives me a reminder to myself too, that even if you’ve sinned a hundred billion times, when you sincerely go back to Him, He will surely would love to accept and welcome you back.
jazakallahu kheyr, may all of you have a blessed day ahead!

Rasulullah (ﷺ) said:
“The best day on which the sun rises is Friday. On that day, Adam was created, he was admitted into Paradise, and on that day, he was expelled from it." (Muslim)Sunnah of the Prophet (ﷺ) on Fridays: 1. Taking a Bath It is recommended to take a bath (ghusl) in preparation for Jumu'ah. 2. Wearing Perfume Apply fragrance as part of grooming for Jumu'ah. 3. Beautification This includes wearing your best clothes. Make sure they are clean and ironed, presenting yourself in the best way. The best color to wear on Jumu'ah is white. 4. Using the Siwak If you do not have a siwak, you can brush your teeth with the intention of following the Sunnah, and it will be counted as an act of worship. 5. Going Early to Jumu’ah Prayer Arriving early for Jumu'ah is highly recommended! 6. Reciting Surah Al-Kahf “Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, a light will shine for him between the two Fridays." من قَرَأَ سُورَة الْكَهْف فِي يَوْم الْجُمُعَة أَضَاء لَهُ النُّور مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمْعَتَيْنِ 7. Making Dua’ The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "On Friday, there is a moment when no Muslim stands and prays, asking Allah for something good, except that Allah grants it." (Some scholars suggest this time could be during Asr, but Allah knows best) فِي الْجُمُعَةِ سَاعَةٌ لاَ يُوَافِقُهَا مُسْلِمٌ قَائِمٌ يُصَلِّي، فَسَأَلَ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا، إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ 8. Sending Blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ By sending blessings upon the Prophet (ﷺ), Allah forgives 10 sins, blesses you 10 times, records 10 good deeds for you, and elevates you by 10 ranks!

Sometimes life takes away the people we love, the chances we longed for, the dreams we held close, or the acceptance we hoped for. And we are left with an ache in our hearts, a quiet sadness that lingers in the corners of our soul. But maybe, just maybe, Allah is protecting us from what we cannot see, guiding us towards what we truly need.
What is kept away is not always lost, it is a mercy in disguise, a lesson in patience, a space for healing. Cry if you must, mourn the emptiness, ache for what could have been but do not question His wisdom.
Trust that every closed door, every absence, every distance carries a love greater than what our eyes can perceive. And one day, what is meant for you will find its way, gentle and certain, into your life 🤍

By now we've all heard about the parcel left at Al-Istiqamah mosque that has been suspected to be pork
It's disheartening to know that even in Singapore we still see cases of people trying to cause havoc in our ummah
While we are disappointed, don't forget how we choose to react also reflects on who we are as a community. Clearly the offender has yet to see and understand the kindness and peace Islam preaches.
May Allah s.w.t. guide their hearts to see the truth and learn from their actions, and may we see a future where we can exercise our right to practice our faith without concerns

Some friends were lessons, not lifetimes.
The connection was strong. You shared laughs, tears, memories. But slowly… things changed. And it hurts.
But maybe Allah removed them to protect your heart or clear space for better.
Some people were meant to grow with you, not stay forever.
Let go with love. Allah knows what’s best for your journey.

Life’s purpose is to reflect on Allah’s creation, worship Him, seek His guidance, and do good with patience
From Surah Al-Imran, verse 190-200, it talks about recognising Allah’s signs in creation, to worship Him sincerely, seek His guidance & forgiveness and to live righteously with patience a perseverance.
It is recommended to recite these verses first thing upon waking up, as this revives the Sunnah of the Rasulullah
S.A.W.
“Ibn Abbas narrates that the Rasulullah S.A.W would recite these verses after waking up at night and then perform ablution and pray”
Reciting these verses in the morning helps one start the day with remembrance of Allah and reflection on the deeper meanings of life. It is a beautiful way to begin one’s day with spiritual nourishment.

Seek to be seen by Allah, not by the crowd.
This world rewards performance. But Allah rewards sincerity.
Even when no one claps for your kindness, He sees it.
Even when no one thanks you, He records it.
Chase His gaze, not theirs. That’s where peace lives.

Ukthi,
if people are shaming you for your hijab especially when you are trying to learn, don't be disheartened, keep going !
We constantly need to improve ourselves, so if you're still learning take time to slowly improve until you get there, as long as you are trying and making the appropriate changes, Allah will reward you. But make sure you try to improve it, don't make excuses !
Hijab is so so so hard twin. Restyle it, buy your favourite colours, wear it in a way that you are comfortable and then work towards falling in love with Hijab and then work towards fixing it to align with proper Hijab, don't remove it and don't give up !
To my struggling, new and future hijabis, do it scared and do it unsure, it will get easier, you've got this 🤍

A believer covers the faults of others, not exposes them. If someone is striving to change for the better, don’t remind them of their past. Honor their effort and support their journey.
