Another member of the international election machine cabal, this one based in Spain. How much of our tax dollars are going to Sctyl? How much of a cyber security threat is this foreign company?

You have to watch this. Two under grads present at Defcon 2019 and hack multiple EAC approved tabulator/scanners. In simple terms, they “clip” the voter hand marked ballot filler in oval from Trump and paste them in for Hillary. It takes 200 milliseconds per ballot. NO electronic artifact is left behind to detect the fraud on the scanned image. An audit of the scanned image would prove NOTHING. If this malware is injected into a central tabulator, they demonstrate how they could control the entire election.
Here is the punch line. The remedy they say? Risk Limiting Audits of the paper!!! Are you kidding me?
Why is it that technical people cannot conceive of a solution that does not involve MORE technology?
Here is my solution, trash ALL the machines, and use paper ballots and hand counts.
Unfortunately, these bright youngsters will have to find something else to do as will the legion of think tanks, 501c's, grifters and consultants leaching tax dollars from us for these UNLAWFUL machines.
We the People don’t need to tolerate this. Look to Nye County NV as an example. The county commissioners just voted to get rid of the machines. Fraud did no need to be proven.

The election machine cabal has international tentacles. This conference, in it's 6th year, is sponsored by an EU program called mGov4EU. Guess what? One of the 10 partner companies is Scytl.
When are we going to have an “International Conference on Paper Ballot Hand Counts”? A Shea Butter Hand Balm Company could sponsor it.
The tentacles of this election machine cabal wraps our entire world, and we are paying for our own slavery to fund these machines, think tanks, conferences... with tax dollars.

Thanks NPR for your courage on reporting how vulnerable the election infrastructure was in 2017. I wish you would have asked the question: “After spending 100MMs of dollars on this equipment that has proven to be so vulnerable, what reason does the general public have to believe ANYTHING the so-called machine expert cabal members say? Did they suddenly get smart in 2017?”
“But even if most voting machines aren't connected to the Internet, says cybersecurity expert Jeremy Epstein, "they are connected to something that's connected to something that's connected to the Internet."

There seems to be no end to these think tanks and academic efforts that popped up after 2016 that directly state how vulnerable the election infrastructure is. None of these think tank remedies include moving to PAPER. It also strikes me just how complex their remediation recommendations are. Are the local governments capable of managing this remediation? I keep looking for a think tank that has seriously looked at PAPER....

The National Task Force on Election Crisis. Now we are saddled with the "Election Crisis" narrative by the think tanks. Look at the membership list. It will tell you want you need to know. Let me cut to the chase. These are the Never Trumpers. https://www.electiontaskforce.org/
Repost from The Prisoner's Record
3.18.2022
Captain Gabriel Garcia received a Bronze Star for his tour of duty in Iraq. He continued his fight for America at home by showing up to January 6th to protest a stolen election. He did so peacefully, without breaking any law, or breached any barrier.
For exercising his first amendment rights, he was charged with two felonies and four misdemeanors. These are serious and unfounded charges that carry decades of prison time if convicted. For the sake of his three beautiful children, ages 4 to 12, and America, Gabriel has no choice but to fight these unjust charges.
(Gabriel introduced us to his attorney, 🔗Aubrey Webb. Contact Aubrey to review your case)
Threats resulted in business disruptions and a protracted legal fight forced Gabriel to sell his business. He will soon need to liquidate his house.
We collectively can meaningfully help Gabriel by each of us giving $7 to https://givesendgo.com/CPTGabrielGarcia
Please pray, donate, and share this post.

This is a fascinating read. It describes how HAVA funds (380MM) were allocated in 2018 to six KEY states (AL, AZ, IL, LA, OK, PA). Much of it for cyber security. It also describes major unfunded cybersecurity needs of our overly complicated system.
This is a choice quote:
“Voter registration database replacement. The former Arizona secretary of state, Michele Reagan, explained the importance of this project, stating, “When our online database was created, cybersecurity was an afterthought. Now, faced with international threats, we must have a system that implements strong protections and the highest level of security capabilities to protect voter data.” While the total cost of replacing the aging database is estimated at $7 million to $10 million, the state has devoted approximately $2.8 million to the project.”

Fair Elections During a Crisis. Published April 2020. It is almost as if it was planned. Thanks for putting together this manual so quickly. I get it, mail in ballots are the answer, or more garbage bags.

A legion of consultants is needed to run our election systems. From what I have seen, none of these groups are for LESS technology….Don’t believe me? This is a quote from them.
“The Election Center is the only organization in America that specializes in voter registration and election administration. In addition to expertise as the acknowledged premier elections organization, we know and understand the role of government budgeting process, the goals of public service, ethical considerations unique to government, and especially to elections.
Election Administration is so complex and specialized that other firms are likely to make mistakes in recommendations for solutions. We can quickly spot the difference between a successful program and when trouble has likely begun.”
https://www.electioncenter.org/election-consulting.php
The Center for Internet Security has a group specifically for the “Election Community”. The “Community” includes all the plyers we have come to know: ES&S, Cook County Democracy Fund, Hart Intercivic, NIST, State of CO, Verified Voting, US EAC….They publish a handbook “Elections Infrastructure Security”. CIS also publishes a list of cyber threats updated regularly. But wait…I am confused. We keep being told our Election Systems are not connected to internet.
So why do we need such a sophisticated cyber security posture?
Do our local officials really have the technical skills to execute such sophisticated guidelines?
If they did have those skills, would they not instead seek a job in the private sector?
Is there a vested interest in making these systems as complicated as possible to support a legion of consultants and think talks?
I am all for same day voting on paper, but, you can’t simply say “Vote Amish”. You will have to present an actual sophisticated plan to run an election that runs counter to these entrenched interests. Not easy…
