HIRING! Job Title: Customer Success Manager Overview: GROWTH EXECUTION are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support their growth plans in the UK, UAE & US. This as a crucial role within the organisation to support customer relationships, present informed feedback and provide clients with improved market/campaign insight, and ultimately drive campaign performance. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct weekly/bi-weekly catch-up calls with all clients. Providing ongoing reporting and making suggestions to improve campaign performance. 2. Obtain feedback from SDRs/Digital Team to feedback to the client to support current campaign performance. 3. Share visual reports to our clients on a weekly/monthly basis. 4. Complete the onboarding process for new clients. Building a new structure to ensure a smoother onboarding for the client, and a more informed handover for the SDR allocated to the campaign. 5. Report daily/weekly to Ryan Cooper on campaigns that need immediate attention, as well as general client feedback, onboarding status and recent tweaks. Experience: We are looking for an outgoing individual with 2+ years’ experience in a account management, customer success or customer service roles in B2B, with a preference where candidates have knowledge of sales development (business development / outbound sales). Additional Information: · Our business operates globally and our primary client base is in Europe (70%) and North America (10%), UAE (20%) and therefore, some calls with UK/US clients are likely to fall outside of the standard UAE working hours. Once your diary takes shape, we will revisit this but would expect a later start on some days and some later finishes on others, however this will depend on how your diary is constructed. · We are open to a flexible working model, however you are likely to be in office for 1.5-2 days per week. · During month 1, you are expected to be based in the Downtown office, full time during onboarding / training.
