- Следить за SLA и скоростью решения критических инцидентов.
- Выявлять повторяющиеся проблемы и передавать разработке конкретные задачи на исправление.
- Формировать технические задания на доработку внутренних инструментов поддержки и трейдерского кабинета.
- Улучшать процессы так, чтобы максимальное количество вопросов решалось без ручного вмешательства.
- Разрабатывать регламенты, инструкции и базу знаний.
- Анализировать причины ошибок, потери конверсии и другие проблемы на стороне операционных процессов.
- Участвовать в подключении и сопровождении новых трейдеров.
Кого мы ищем
- Опыт работы в high-risk платежках, P2P-процессинге, crypto/fintech или смежных платежных продуктах обязателен.
- Понимание того, как устроен жизненный цикл платежа и где могут возникать проблемы.
- Опыт управления технической поддержкой или операционной командой.
- Умение разговаривать на одном языке и с разработчиками, и с трейдерами.
- Способность самостоятельно разбираться в сложных технических кейсах.
- Понимание API, логов, callback/webhook, статусов транзакций и принципов интеграции платежных систем.
- Умение работать в условиях большого количества операций и высокой цены ошибки.
- Системность и способность превращать хаотичные обращения в нормальные процессы.
- Будет большим плюсом опыт работы непосредственно с трейдерами, мерчантами и платежными командами, понимание P2P-трафика, платежных маршрутов, конверсии и причин отклонения транзакций.
