The Post Office decided to be kind and hold this delivery even though it didn’t have our PO Box on the package!! Yay. They did charge me $3.80 to hold it for us. Thank God I didn’t have to track this down as a return. Our latest haul to add to the stack 😊

Is it all worth it, probably yes, but understand that successful revolutions are rare, and always involve a determined populous who is prepared to do violence upon the state. US mortgage rates have entered deeply inverted territory. The red line (shorter-term debt) has been the most consistent,  and shows a gradual upward trend. The blue and yellow lines (longer-term debt) have been swinging wildly and much more volatile,  but are still in an upward trend compared to a year ago. As long as interest rates remain elevated,  real estate and equities will continue to struggle,  and Stackers will have incredible buying opportunities in the not-too-distant future. @SilverStackerSS
