I’ll be live with a woman who is currently dismantling them, point by point, and pushing it all the way to Judicial Review.
Before anyone kicks off, yes, fathers should provide for their children. That’s not in dispute. That’s a given. This is about the system, not that.
This is about a system operating without lawful authority and calling it justice.
Here’s what’s being exposed:
* Cases being generated instead of properly brought before a court
* Bulk hearings replacing individual scrutiny
* No real judicial mind applied to each case
* People chased for money they dispute or do not owe
* Men pursued even when children have lived with them
* Bank accounts accessed and enforcement pushed through
* No clear lawful orders being produced when challenged
It all comes back to one thing:
Where is the jurisdiction?
