First Look at the Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition Nothing announced The Community Edition Project for its Phone 2a in March. wherein the community members will co-create a new variant of the Phone (2a). The project is divided into 4 stages: hardware design, wallpaper design, packaging design, and a marketing campaign. Winners at each stage will collaborate with the Nothing team. Now that stages 1 and 2 are over, Nothing has given us the first look at the phone 2a Community Edition prototype Phone 2a will have a luminescence back which will glow in the dark. Thus, the Nothing team is trying different combinations of tinted back panels with different luminescent colours. There will also be a series of wallpapers inspired by the Phone 2a community edition design. “Luminescence, phosphorescence, iridescence - they are all the same. Xiaomi Teases Civi 4 Pro Disney Princess Edition Xiaomi has teased a limited edition Civi 4 Pro smartphone in China designed in collaboration with Disney Princess — The Snow White This poster reads out "Mirror Mirror tell me..." Other posters features a shadowy image of Snow White in a mirror, accompanied by the tagline “a super photogenic custom phone." The Civi series models previously have seen Hello Kitty, Strawberry Bear, and even a Mickey Mouse edition celebrating Disney’s 100th anniversary. Google no longer developing Material Web Components MWC offered a library of Material 3 components — Button, FAB, Icon button, Checkbox, Chips, Dialog, Divider, Elevation, Focus ring, List, Menu, Progress indicators, Radio, Ripple, Select, Slider, Switch, Tabs, and Text field — that developers could use on websites.  Earlier this month, the team announced (h/t Artem Russakovskii) that MWC has entered maintenance mode and will no longer see updates with all future plans abandoned.

MWC is not deprecated or going away, but Material Design is no longer actively staffing its development.
