The Food We Grew Up Eating
THEN VS. NOW
Food has changed over the decades, from how ingredients are sourced to how products are processed, preserved, and packaged.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT?
Many modern processed meats contain preservatives, flavorings, and other additives to maintain taste, texture, and shelf life. Traditional products were often made using simpler recipes, although ingredients varied between manufacturers and regions.
WHY IT MATTERS
Understanding food labels helps you make more informed choices about what you eat. Compare ingredient lists, look for recognizable ingredients, and choose minimally processed foods more often when possible.
A SIMPLE REMINDER
You don’t need to fear every ingredient. Awareness, balance, and informed decisions can help you build healthier eating habits over time.

| 2 | Sometimes I think about the different characters I play in everybody’s story. And none of it has anything to do with the person I truly am. The lens that others view you through is coloured by their upbringing, beliefs, and individual experiences.
I’m a terrible person in some people's narratives and a God send in others eyes.
Some people see your bright personality as endearing and others see it as annoying.
Some people think you’re weak and emotional and others feel safe to be themselves around you.
Some people think you’re rude and selfish and others respect the way you stand up for yourself.
Some people admire the way you take pride in the way you look and others think you’re conceited.
What you have to understand is that you have no authority over how people view you so never try to control the way others see you because the only thing that truly matters when the dust settles down at the end of the day is what you genuinely see in yourself, and what God sees in your heart. | 28 |

Yikes.
Been having this conversation with a few people lately- I don't think many realize that they are forming council for Noahide in Jerusalem next month, no joke. This is really happening and They worship Satan, not God. And the 7 Laws may 'sound' Christianese, but it is NOT biblical, it is Talmud.
No longer a conspiracy what all the guillotines they have stocked up are for.
Get ready Christ Followers, we're going home soon🙏🏼✝️ | 1 |
| 5 | The Only Difference....
Whether we are sitting in a cell on death row or going about our daily lives ...we are all facing one inevitable reality..
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment".:. Heb 9:27
And why is that?....
"For the wages of sin is death;".. Rom 6:23
And who has sinned?....
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Rom 3:23 | 54 |

God is there!.....
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

| 8 | The lives of Job, Joseph and Jesus all prove to us that trials are not proof of God's chastening hand and displeasure.
Sometimes it is the exact opposite.
Often he puts his best men through the worst trials.
"But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold." | 68 |

| 11 | “My Relationship w God Is Personal — I Don’t Need the Church”
Hmmmm... Let's talk about it.
Many say, "My relationship w God is personal. I don’t need the church.” And it’s true—our relationship w God is deeply personal. We can pray anytime& know that Jesus calls us His friends (John 15:15). He stands at the door of our hearts, ready to come in &fellowship with us (Rev 3:20)
But the Bible also shows us that God created us for community. We are part of the body of Christ, meant to encourage &support one another (1 Corint 12:27). Hebrews 10:24-25 urges us not to give up meeting together, bc in fellowship, we grow stronger in faith& love.
So while your personal relationship w God is real & vital, saying “I don’t need the church” misses the full picture. The church is God’s gift to help us live out our faith together.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love & good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another...” Hebrews 10:24-25 | 72 |
| 12 | And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Revelation 21:6
He is The Beginning, but also The End. Everything is fixed in Him. Therefore Revelation may rightly be called the Book of the End. All lines of Old Testament prophecy point to this End. And then never again Lo-ammi. No more sin. No more death. For all things are settled in Him who was dead, but now lives forever and ever. The Beginning and the End. | 74 |
| 13 | We all do what we can ...it's all for His Glory....some evangelize...others help feed the hungry....or work with the elderly....or there to encourage or lift others up...to be prayer warriors....there are so many things we can do...no matter how big or small what we do is...we are all equals.....it's all equally important......we do it not for salvation but out of gratitude....So much was done for us! ❤️ | 76 |
| 14 | It’s easy to pray for someone when we’re asking God to change them….
It gets a little harder when our prayer becomes:
“God, show me where I need to change too.” 👀
Maybe my point is valid 👉 but my delivery isn’t.
Maybe a boundary is necessary 👉but bitterness isn’t.
Maybe they owe me an apology 👉but I still need to examine my own heart.
Maybe I’m right about what happened 👉 and still wrong about how I’m handling it.
Prayer leaves room for God to deal with both sides of the conversation…including ours. 🙏🤎✝️ | 84 |

If you haven't, I'd caution against installing Muse!
It’s incredibly invasive, and has massive privacy issues.
By enabling it, you’re giving Meta access to your most private and secure information, including all communications with other people.
Not only are you ruining your privacy, but you’re doing the same for every single friend of yours.
It profiles all of your contacts so Meta can sell their data to advertisers.

| 16 | It's so easy to get caught up in everything that is going on around us as a country, a planet...& even in our own little speck of the world. Before you realize it, the day has passed, the sun goes down &night is casting it's shadows and preparing for the cycle again in just a short 24hrs.
Soon, a few days & possibly even a week passes& God gently makes you aware that He's missing time with you.
You start to say "it hasn't been that long", & then take account of how long it REALLY HAS been😳. And...for what?
Don’t neglect His Word. God has so many things that He wants to tell us, but our Bibles are closed. As believers we should be reading the Bible every day. God speaks most clearly to us through His Word. It might be a struggle at first, but the more you do it, the more you will enjoy reading Scripture. We read the Bible so we can hear fr Him & so that we can learn to live according to His law.
1 Timothy 4:13 “Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to exhortation, to teaching.” | 85 |
| 17 | Jesus not only gives you what you need; Jesus is what you need. Your heart was made by Him and for Him. You can struggle and struggle to conquer the world, but without Jesus you will never be completely satisfied.
Perhaps there is a growing discontent deep in your heart. Is there a hunger that cannot be satisfied by people, pleasures, feasts, or material things? Then today is the day to open your heart to the thought that it is Jesus you were made for. You may run away from the "less," and ask Him to "become you more." Jesus is enough for you, and He is here. | 88 |
| 18 | Have you ever felt like you've messed up your life too much to be used by God? Perhaps you feel spiritually crippled, like your past has left you with one hand tied behind your back.
Trust me: In God's hands, He can accomplish more THROUGH you with "one hand tied behind your back" than you ever could with both hands in your own strength.
The devil is a liar. The truth is, Christian, you don't actually have one hand tied behind your back. Remember, no matter what you've done, God loves you & He sent His Son Jesus to pay for it ALL. Satan wants to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came so you could be FREE; He came so you could have life, and have it more abundantly (see John 10:10). Of all the ways He could reach the world, He wants to use you and I.
So the next time the enemy reminds you of your past, remind him of his future. God can and will work through His children. Don't focus on your old scars Jesus paid for...focus on HIS nail scarred hands and feet; let Him work in your life like only He can. 🔥 | 89 |
