| 5 | 1. For those who cleared Phase 1:-
Heartiest congratulations to all of you! Your hard work, consistency, rigorous practice, and most importantly, your performance on the exam day have helped you clear Phase 1.
Now, these remaining 30 days are the real battle ahead. Do not doubt your efforts, but at the same time, prepare aggressively and strategically because you are now among the 635 candidates who have made it to Phase 2.
Monitor your preparation on a daily basis and align it with the actual demands of Phase 2. Try to deliver your best with full commitment and confidence because not everyone gets the opportunity to write Phase 2.
Give it your best shot.🤘
All the very best! 👍
2. For those who could not make it to Phase 2 :-
Hello Dear Folks!
We all know that it is difficult to digest the result when it goes against our expectations. Particularly, when you have worked hard and given your best efforts, the disappointment becomes even more painful.
But that is the harsh reality of competitive examinations. When the notification was released with only 40 vacancies, we all had an understanding deep inside that the competition would be extremely tough, very few candidates would make it to Phase 2, and ultimately only 40 candidates would be selected.
Still, we chose to prepare, strive harder, stay committed to the journey for the last 5-6 months or even more, and put ourselves in the race alongside those who cleared Phase 1.
This phase is certainly difficult to process. However, I believe we all understand this brutal truth - it is a part and parcel of the competitive exam journey. Some will succeed, some may not, but at the end of the day, everyone will learn, grow, and move forward in their own way.
I would personally suggest all of you to take a short break of 2-3 days or even a week from your preparation. Give yourself some time to relax. Meet your friends, spend time with your loved ones and family members, introspect, and then decide your future course of action with a calm and rational mindset.
Remember, we are all together in this journey.🤝
All the Best from the WLH & WDH family!👍
3. For beginners/newbies or those who prepared with casual approach :-
If you are a newbie, a beginner, or someone who prepared for this examination but did not take it with the required seriousness, this is the right time to realise and understand the changing dynamics of competitive examinations.
We are living in an era of excess information, where awareness about examinations, patterns, syllabi, resources, and preparation strategies has increased tremendously. This has resulted in a rapid rise in competition.
Today, aspirants are more aware, more curious, and more willing to put in focused efforts to fulfil the demands of the examination. Therefore, even a single mistake can cost us one attempt, and sometimes even an entire year. The cost is significant.
However, irrespective of the uncertainty regarding vacancies, examination patterns, difficulty levels, and the nature of questions asked in different sections, there will always be candidates who prepare sincerely, practise according to the evolving demands of the examination, remain consistent throughout the preparation journey, hold their nerves, and outperform others on the final exam day.
Therefore, it is important to understand the level of competition and prepare yourself according to the actual demands of the examination if you are planning to appear for this exam or any other regulatory body examination or any other examination in upcoming cycles.
Do not do it just for the sake of doing it. Your time and youth are precious. Make them count. Take rational decisions based on your own SWOT analysis, and then plan and execute your journey ahead with clarity and commitment.
Take care, everyone!
Best wishes!!!👍 | 5 228 |

| 8 | Doubtful about your Phase 1 result?
Just using a simple borderline, we are no experts, but we are trying to be a little optimistic, if your sectional score is more than 35%, then here's what you need to read.
When you started preparing in March or April, did you know that you would definitely clear Phase 1, knowing that 99% of candidates get eliminated at this stage itself? No. You were optimistic enough and that is why you dedicated 3–4 months to this exam.
Now, once the paper is over, why overthink or doubt your position?
Are bhai, agar 15 din zyada padh loge to kya loss ho jayega? 3 mahine se to padh hi rahe the na.
Try to read something that will add value now or later, such as descriptive writing or some finance topics. You can also start with Management. Consider this reading as one of your revisions.
Phase 2 doesn't demand a lot of preparation or endless hours of studying.
Take one bet and give yourself 1–2 weeks. | 9 218 |
| 9 | Hello everyone,
Long time, no talk!
One more opportunity awaits us tomorrow, this time a little sooner than we expected. Some of you are prepared, some of you are not. Some of you are in doubt, some of you are not. Some are recovering from failures, some are filled with fresh energy.
But what had to be done is done. Remember, you did your best with the limited opportunities and limited resources you had. You were honest, at least at some point and you respected the exam, which is why you are going to test yourself.
We have seen abundant stories where fortune does not favour many, but it returns. It returns in a good way. Life may have been unfair to you in the past but it treats gently those who are honest and loyal to themselves.
As I said, what's done is done. Have the utmost level of confidence. Wear the badge of pride. Take pride in the moment when you step inside the hall. Glorify yourself, because if not you, then who?
If you cannot glorify yourself mentally and psychologically, then who will?
The first battle starts the moment you begin trusting yourself and stop doubting your abilities, your hard work, your years of dedication and the respect for that one little dream that is close to your heart, close to the left pocket of your shirt.
You have kept that dream alive until now. Preserve it for one more day and it will bless you.
Wear the badge of the best performer in the hall the moment you step in, not because of arrogance, not because of fake pride but because of the little respect you deserve for yourself.
Treat yourself nicely.
Now, this night should be one of the most pleasant nights of this year. Get a gentle sleep. Smile, smile while you put your head on the pillow and close your eyes.
Because tomorrow, it is in the hands of God.
Have faith, have confidence, have that positive mindset.
And may God bless you.
Sweet dreams. | 10 132 |
