ሴት የህግ ባለሞያዎች ማኅበር ትምህርት ሚኒስትር ላይ የሰላ ትችት ሰነዘረ። ማኅበሩ ሚኒስትር መስሪያ ቤቱ ህገ መንግስት የቸራቸውን አዎንታዊ የድርጊት ድንጋጌዎች የሚንድ ውጥን ሰንቋል ሲል ማኅበሩ ያብጠለጠለው ሲሆን ይህም ውጥን የሴቶችን የወሊድ ፈቃድ መብት በእጅጉ የሚገድብ ነው ብሎታል። የውዝግቡ መነሻ የትምህርት ሚኒስትር አውጥቶታል የተባለው ረቂቅ መመሪያ ሲሆን እርሱም በከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት አጠቃላይ ትምህርት የሚከታተሉ ሴቶችን የሚመለከት ነው። መመሪያው አንዲት የአጠቃላይ ትምህርቷን የምትከታተል ተማሪ በወሊድ ምክንያት ከአስራ አምስት ቀናት በላይ ከትምህርት ገበታዋ ላይ የምትቀር ከሆነ በዚያው ዓመት ያለውን መርኃ ግብር ማጠናቀቅ እንደማትችል እንደሚያዝ ዘገባዎች ይጠቁማሉ። ትምህርቷን መቀጠል የምታሻ ቢሆን እስከቀጣዩ የትምህርት ዓመት መጠበቅ ግድ ይሆንባታል። በቀጣዩ የትምህርት ዓመት ስትመለስ ግን ትምህርቷን ለመቀጠል ቅደመ ሁኔታ አትጠየቅም ይላል። ይህ መመሪያ የሴቶችን የወሊድ ፈቃድ ከመገደቡም በተጨማሪ የመማር መሠረታዊ መብታቸውንም በግልፅ የሚሸርሽር ነው ይላል የሴት የህግ ባለሞያዎች ማኅበር። ማኅበሩ መምሪያህን በድጋሚ አጢን ሲል ለትምህርት ሚኒስትር ጥሪ አቅርቧል። ማኅበሩ ዓላማየን ይደግፋሉ ላላቸው አካላት ድምፃቸውን በማሰማት ሚኒስትር መስሪያ ቤቱ ላይ ጫና እንዲያሳድሩም መልዕክት አስተላልፏል። “የአጠቃላይ ትምህርት ምዘናና የክፍል ዝውውር ረቂቅ መመሪያ” የሚል ይፋዊ መጠሪያ ያለው ይህ መመሪያ ማንኛውንም ተማሪ በአንድ የወሰነ ትምህርት ከአስራ ሁለት ቀናት በላይ ከቀረ ትምህርት እንዲቀጥል አይፈቀድለትም ይላል። ሴት ተማሪ በወሊድ ጊዜ ለአስራ አምስት ቀናት ያክል ካረፈች በኋላ ትምህርቷን መቀጠል ትችላለች የሚለው መመሪያ ከዚያ በላይ መቅረትን ግን ይከለክላል። ይህም የፆታ እኩልነትን ከሚያቀነቅኑ አካላት ነቀፌታ የተሰነዘተበት ሲሆን አርቲክል35 የሚሰኝ የሴቶች መብት አቀንቃኝ ቡድን በገጠር የኢትዮጵያ ክፍሎች በቂ የሆነ የወር አበባ መጠበቂያ ያለመኖር ሴቶችን ከትምህርት ገበታ ያርቃል ካለ በኋላ የትምህርት ሚኒስትር መመሪያ እነዚህን የመሳሰሉ ነባራዊ እውነታዎችን ቸል ያለ ነው ብሏል።

Mapping Youth-Led and Youth-Serving Organizations in Ethiopia YouLead Africa is a renowned program focused on empowering African youth to become influential leaders for the continent's prosperity. In collaboration with the MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MSTCDC) and the East African Community (EAC) in Arusha, Tanzania, YouLead is currently conducting a desk review in Ethiopia to identify registered youth-led and youth-serving organizations.
