# विजयनगर साम्राज्य :- संस्थापक - हरिहर व बुक्क . विजयनगरवर अनुक्रमे संगम,सालुव,तुलुव अराविडू या वंशानी शासन केले. कृष्णदेवराय :- विजयनगरचा महान शासक.तुलुव वंशाशी संबंधित.बाबरने आपल्या बाबरनामा या आत्मकथेत त्याला भारताचा तत्कालीन सर्वाधिक शक्तिशाली शासक म्हटले.तेलगू ही त्यांची राजभाषा.त्याच्या काळाला तेलगू साहित्याचे क्लासिक युग म्हणतात.तेलगू साहित्याचे आठ सर्वश्रेष्ठ कवी,ज्यांना अष्ट दिग्गज म्हणतात ते कृष्णदेवरायच्या दरबारात होते. कृष्णदेवरायने स्वतः अमुक्तमाल्यदा हा तेलगू भाषेत व जांबवती कल्यांनम हा संस्कृत भाषेतील ग्रंथ लिहला. पांडुरंग महातम्यंम ची रचना तेनालिराम रामकृष्णने केली. राक्षस तंगडीच्या युद्धात विजयनगर साम्राज्याचे पतन झाले,या युद्धात विजयनगर साम्राज्याविरुद्ध दक्षिणेकडील राज्यांचा संघ एकत्र झाला.यात सामील होते विजापूर(आदिलशहा),गोवळकोंडा,बिदर,अहमदनगरचे शासक.

What are Cyclones? A cyclone is a large scale air mass that rotates around a strong center of low atmospheric pressure.  Cyclones are characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate about a zone of low pressure. Cyclones rotate clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere and anti-clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere. Cyclone is the general term for a variety of low pressure system types, such as tropical cyclones, extra tropical cyclones and tornadoes. They consist of the eye, eyewall and rainbands. Name according to the region Hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones are all the same, just different names for tropical storms in different parts of the world; Hurricane:- in the Atlantic ocean, Typhoon:- in the Pacific ocean and Cyclone:- in the Indian Ocean. Procedure for naming Tropical Cyclone The World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) started the tropical cyclone naming system in 2000. The Cyclones worldwide are named by 9 regions — North Atlantic, Eastern North Pacific, Central North Pacific, Western North Pacific, North Indian Ocean, South West Indian Ocean, Australian, Southern Pacific, South Atlantic. In North Indian Ocean region Cyclones in the North Indian Ocean basin are named by the Indian Meteorological Department and the first tropical cyclone was named in 2004 as Onil (given by Bangladesh). Eight north Indian Ocean countries — Bangladesh, India, the Maldives, Myanmar, Oman, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Thailand, gave eight names each which was combined into a list of 64 names. One name from each country is picked in an order to name the cyclones.
