Skipping ahead to the unreliable sources mentioned, and I know that Basira only gave a few examples and is aware it is a far wider deviousness that those mentioned, I'll include a link to a compilation I did back in mid-2015, but basically note that across the board, Western-backed NGOs had bloody hands in Syria and are NOT reliable sources of information for Syria, not during the global war on the people and not now. The UN, also, is another source which reported extremely selectively on the terrorism of the West/Gulf "rebels" in Syria and inflated war propaganda in support of regime change.
Regarding Foua and Kafraya, while I never got to visit those two villages in my vast travels around Syria, I did write about them and the unjust suffering they were subject to for years, besieged and starved by terrorists who sniped to kill civilians, including children, every chance they could.
Same with Nubl & Zahra'a, which I did visit in 2016 (Two predominantly Shia villages just north of Aleppo which were under a devastating 3.5 year siege by terrorist factions until the SAA and allies lifted it in February 2016. Residents endured prolonged periods of hunger, were targeted by terrorists’ bombings, and for want of medicines, medical treatment, and sanitary conditions suffered diseases that could otherwise have been treated.).

However, in hindsight, it is obvious that he and the Syrian system were the weakest link in the resistance axis. The other resistance factions tried to push for reforms prior to 2011 in order to avoid giving Mossad and CIA a pretext for Balkanization schemes. However, once the fire started and international money and weapons flowed from intelligence agencies of the west and Zionist regime into Syria, it's not wise to point out the bad color of the walls or curtains while the house is burning down. The fire needed to be contained and cancer of foreign funded takfiri mercenaries removed first.
At that time, Iran wasn't strong enough and the people of the region and world weren't awake enough to support a war on the Zionist entity and US bases in the region. Iran and the resistance would have collapsed prematurely and the region spun into darkness, with a fake Mossad/CIA "caliphate" who represents every caricature of Islam put forward by the Jewish owned press (both news media and Hollywood). A fake "Islam" of beheading, sex slavery of women, and other Satanic barbarism that mimics the bloodlust of the Hebrew Bible. Qassem Soleimani personally stopped this Zionist plot and got assassinated as revenge.
However, this plot was revived with Jolani - a plot celebrated by Netanyahu and Trump. Foreign takfiri terrorists sporting ISIS patches were seen on many videos in the "new Syria" - and some of these "former" ISIS and Nusra members became ministers in the government, with a suit and tie to replace the serrated blade they used to weild to behead people. Women are still being kidnapped and sold into slavery, and minorities are still being massacred.
Promoting disunity and turning people against Iran at this point in time makes one a servant of Jewish supremacy and a party to the blood of the innocent killed in the aggression on Iran and other resistance front countries.

"Israel's destruction of Gaza's water and sewage infrastructure has backfired into a domestic water emergency, with five of Israel's six desalination plants supplying over 80 percent of Israeli drinking water shut down after an enormous algal bloom choked the coastline, Haaretz reported on 3 September.
Scientists cite two aggravating factors behind the algae – elevated sea temperatures and nutrient loads from Gaza’s sewage – which has poured untreated into the Mediterranean since Israeli bombardment deliberately destroyed the besieged enclave's sanitation network.
The algae originated as microalgae in the Nile Delta and traveled east on sea currents, according to the satellite imagery firm Satalize, which recorded dense chlorophyll readings in the water as far north as Tel Aviv and lighter traces up to Caesarea.
With flow through the national supply lines weakening, the Israel Water Authority ordered local councils to curb consumption for farming, gardening, and other public use, while the Israeli government completely shut off external water supplies to Gaza.

Israeli blockade on fuel, spare parts, and equipment classed as dual-use has strangled every attempt to repair the ruined facilities.

Nearly 1,300 children have been killed or injured by Israel in Lebanon since March, an average of more than seven children per day, according to Save the Children. The invasion displaced more than 1 million people at its peak, with many still unable to return home.
Despite a 'ceasefire' announced on 19 June, around 348,800 people remain internally displaced across Lebanon, while uncertainty persists over their ability to return and their future.
Since 2 March, at least 4,348 people have been killed and 12,300 injured in Israeli airstrikes, including at least 257 children killed and 1,039 injured, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health. At least 355 people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes since the 19 June 'ceasefire' announcement. The latest victim was a child who died on Monday from wounds sustained in a cluster-bomb explosion in southern Lebanon.
In south Lebanon, residents of about 55 border villages continue to face restricted access amid ongoing Israeli attacks and violations. Many have returned to villages where homes and infrastructure were damaged or destroyed, while children continue to face limited access to schools, hospitals and other essential services.
At least 100,000 children are at risk of missing the next school year without urgent action to restore schools. A nationwide assessment by Lebanon’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education found that 340 schools have been damaged or destroyed over the past six months.
