Kotak NEO - Symbols issues Kotak has changed the format of their symbol file, which has resulted in latest derivatives symbols missing for Kotak NEO. We have made a patch & will release it in an emergency release planned @ 3:40 pm today.

5Paisa & IIFL - Product Type change Overnight derivatives, which are shown as DELIVERY positions for these brokers will now be shown as NORMAL. This change has been made in order to make the system uniform across all brokers. For the most part, this change will not affect you.

IIFL tech team has finally resolved the issue. God bless these broker's; we do not know how to explain this kind of negligence.

IIFL team has not fixed it even after reporting the issue on Sunday

Issues with IIFL We are seeing connectivity errors on IIFL since Friday. Earlier we ignored it thinking it is likely a weekend maintenance on their side. However, we still see errors today (Sunday). The matter has already been reported to IIFL team. But we also request users to report it to IIFL api team.

Issues with Angel One Note: These issues are happening for some accounts (not all). There are 2 ongoing issues: 1. HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error (it is coming intermittently) 2. Many order's order_status column is giving blank values

1. As a user, you must be interested in “how quickly orders are sent to the broker’s server?” This is in our hand & we send orders almost instantaneously to your stock broker using parallel processing 2. As you can see from the image; around [95%] of the processing time is spent on “waiting for a response from your broker” 2. 95% wait time is when your broker is having normal performance 4. When brokers servers are responding slowly, we see that more than 99.5% of the times is spent on waiting for a response 5. Also note that even if a few responses take longer, our server has to wait for all responses as we cannot show you partial results 6. So in simple words, the faster your broker's server responds the better performance you will see on our side

How to read performance from logs?

Aliceblue having issues today Although currently orders are going fine, but there have reports of intermittent issues for Aliceblue (like orders being rejected). Please actively monitory your portfolio.

Please investigate the cause.

Now it's working fine, but he tried placing an order from Aliceblue terminal & then also he got same error.

We do see issues with a few brokers due to expiry date change. Please note that this is due to inconsistent data received in the symbol file from the broker. We are investigating this matter.
