🇬🇧Daniel Kingsley is a "bigot" who holds "deeply offensive and racist views", judge Rhys Rowlands said during sentencing at Mold Crown Court.
🇬🇧He added that he hoped this case would "stand as an example to any others thinking of inciting hatred".
🇬🇧The first post included derogatory language about immigrants and said that anyone not supporting the riots "shouldn’t be allowed to live in the United Kingdom".
🇬🇧The post also said "deflate the boats".
🇬🇧Mr Mainstone said the second post "appeared to identify certain areas where there are several properties lived in by ethnic minorities, including a property housing immigrants". He added that the timing of Kingsley’s posts suggested he "must have been looking to incite violence".

Mr Morris, representing Dr Elmashy, who qualified in Egypt and worked in Saudi Arabia, before joining the staff at NMGH in October 2019, said he was of previous good character and had no previous allegations against him.
The tribunal described Dr Elmashy's actions towards the patient 'grooming and predatory' and said he had 'violated the the trust of the doctor-patient relationship.
The tribunal upheld all 12 allegations, which took place in 2021 and 2022, and ordered Dr Elmashy be struck off the medical register.
He should also be jailed for a significant amount of time to teach him that his predatory behaviour isn’t wanted or needed in the UK.
At the very minimum this predator needs deporting!

The Judge however accepted that anybody a party to the disorder has to receive a custodial sentence
This is yet another outrageous case where the defendant did nothing wrong. People are being jailed for simply being present.

| 9 | WOMAN THROWN IN JAIL FOR BUYING EGGS & WATER IN MANCHESTER
Barbara Barker, 52, of Manchester, pleaded NOT GUILTY to violent disorder at Manchester Magistrates' Court today.
Defending, John Black told the court Barker went to the area because she was 'nosey' and was not present when 'violence occurred'.
Mr Black said Barker had 'no reason' to believe the eggs she purchased would be 'used in any unlawful purpose'.
She was REMANDED into custody ahead of a plea and trial hearing on September 3rd.
The stories coming out of the UK at the minute are absolutely insane and show far the country has regressed.
