Bitte denkt daran eure Wäsche nach dem Waschen und Trocknen zeitnah abzuholen. Dies gilt für Wäsche auf dem Tisch und an den Wäscheleinen. In drei Wochen (22.09) wird die verbleibende Wäsche vom Tisch eingesammelt. Ihr habt dann noch 2 Wochen Zeit sie bei uns abzuholen.

wir haben leider schlechte Nachrichten. Trockner 1 hat uns zehn Jahre lang treue Dienste geleistet, aber es sieht so aus, als müssten wir uns jetzt von ihm verabschieden :/
Leider wird Waschmaschine 1 auf unbestimmte Zeit ohne verbundenen Trockner auskommen müssen. Wir werden versuchen, so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung zu finden.

| 7 | Ich möchte gleichzeitig auch einmal die Forderung nach Mitminderung adressieren.
Ich habe mich ins Mietrecht dementsprechend eingelesen und eine Mietminderung als gesamtes Wohnheim ist nicht sinvoll, da jede Person je nach Umstand eigene Werte an Minderung bekommt.
Bedeutend jeder von euch der die Miete mindern möchte kann das machen, muss dies aber selber machen. Lest euch allerding vorher selber ins Mietrecht ein wie man eine Mietminderung überhaupt umsetzt.
Es tut mir leid das das erst so spät kommt allerdings habe ich auch Klausuren und andere Verpflichtungen gehabt.

I have looked into the relevant tenancy laws, and a rent reduction applied to the entire dormitory as a whole isn't practical, since the specific reduction amount depends on each individual's circumstances.
Essentially, anyone who wants to reduce their rent can do so, but you have to handle the process yourselves. However, please make sure to familiarize yourselves with the tenancy laws regarding how to actually implement a rent reduction first.

leider verzögert sich die Instandsetzung des Aufzugs. Der Hersteller hat die Fertigstellung für die KW 28 (06.07.–10.07.) in Aussicht gestellt. Im Anschluss wird die Firma Heuzeroth umgehend mit dem Einbau beginnen. Danach ist noch eine Abnahmeprüfung durch den TÜV erforderlich.
Wir bitten die Umstände und vor allem die Verzögerung zu entschuldigen.
