The report is moderately bullish. 🗓 Monthly inflation slowed, which could support markets at the open and strengthen expectations for a more dovish Fed tone at the upcoming meeting. However, annual inflation remains elevated at around 4.2%, meaning it's still too early to talk about rate cuts or a return to large-scale monetary stimulus. ⛏ Labor market data also came in stronger than expected, with 172K jobs added versus the forecast of 85K. This reduces recession concerns and continues to support the current trend in equities.

⚠️ The biggest market catalyst remains developments in the Middle East. Any diplomatic progress will likely be viewed as a signal of easing inflationary pressure, while further escalation could increase inflation expectations.

The bounce zones remain unchanged (shown on the chart): 🟠 A close above 62K could send price toward 65K. 🟠 A close above 65K–65.5K could open the path to 68K–71K and then 76K–78K.

🔽 After this bullish bounce, we could still see another strong move lower into the 50,600–47,800 range. 🗓 Since this is a weekly chart, I'm not expecting the bullish bounce to play out immediately — although crypto has a way of surprising everyone.

Pullbacks can be used to look for entries. I'm already positioned (additional confirmation for long positions would be the formation of a daily order block). On Bybit and Binance, larger players are already building positions.
