📈 Right now the market is a total mess. Normal correlations are completely broken, uncertainty is through the roof, and these are usually the first signs of a massive move incoming.
🔍 So which way are we breaking? Let's talk about it.
🟠The main chart to watch right now: 10-Year Treasury Yields (US10Y) It's currently squeezing right under a major resistance zone around 4.7% - 5.0%.
If yields break out and hold above 4.7%, it's going to hurt risk assets pretty bad. Money gets more expensive, financial conditions tighten, and big investors start dumping tech stocks and crypto to chase risk-free bond yields instead.
🟠 Plus, 30-year yields are sitting at highs we haven't seen since 2007. Think about that: companies need billions to finance AI infrastructure, but borrowing long-term capital is the most expensive it's been in almost two decades. Everyone is pricing in insane AI growth, but the money to fund it is getting tighter by the day. If yields keep pushing, that could easily be the needle that pops this bubble.
