Russia’s Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov has reported to Vladimir Putin that Russian forces are deliberately targeting strategic bridges, railway infrastructure, and data centers across Ukraine.
"According to the General Staff's plan, strikes are being carried out on bridges of strategic importance, railway transport facilities, and data centers used in the interest of meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Gerasimov reported.
