My Back and Tris workout today: • With decreasing reps, increase weight • 3x10 = 3 sets of 10 reps • Choose a heavy weight to nearly fail on the last rep Exercises: - Zercher Deadlift 3x15, 8, 4 Superset -> Handstand hold against the wall for as long as you can 3xMax - Pull-ups 2xMax reps - Bent over barbell row 3x6 - Dips 1x set of Bodyweight Then 3xsets of around 4 reps (heavy dumbbell between legs) - Overhead Tricep Rope extension 3x8 Boom.
