SMART MEDICIST

وَٱصْطَنَعْتُكَ لِنَفْسِى ﴿طه؜ ٤١﴾ “And I created you especially for Myself.” {An interpretation of "Taa-Haa: Taa-Haa", Sura 20 Aya 41}

وَأَنْ أَتْلُوَا۟ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ۖ فَمَنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَقُلْ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلْمُنذِرِينَ ﴿النَّمۡلِ؜ ٩٢﴾ “And to recite the Qur’an”; so whoever attained the right path, has attained it for his own good; and whoever goes astray – so say, “Indeed I am only a Herald of Warning.” {An interpretation of "An-Naml: The Ant", Sura 27 Aya 92}

أَنِ ٱقْذِفِيهِ فِى ٱلتَّابُوتِ فَٱقْذِفِيهِ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ فَلْيُلْقِهِ ٱلْيَمُّ بِٱلسَّاحِلِ يَأْخُذْهُ عَدُوٌّۭ لِّى وَعَدُوٌّۭ لَّهُۥ ۚ وَأَلْقَيْتُ عَلَيْكَ مَحَبَّةًۭ مِّنِّى وَلِتُصْنَعَ عَلَىٰ عَيْنِىٓ ﴿طه؜ ٣٩﴾ “That, ‘Put him into a chest and cast it into the river, so the river shall deposit it on to a shore – therefore one who is an enemy to Me and you, shall pick him up’; and I bestowed upon you love from Myself; and for you to be brought up in My sight.” {An interpretation of "Taa-Haa: Taa-Haa", Sura 20 Aya 39}

وَإِمَّا تُعْرِضَنَّ عَنْهُمُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ رَحْمَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكَ تَرْجُوهَا فَقُل لَّهُمْ قَوْلًۭا مَّيْسُورًۭا ﴿الإِسۡرَاءِ؜ ٢٨﴾ And if you turn away from these*, expecting the mercy of your Lord, for which you hope, then speak to them an easy word. (* The companions of the Holy Prophet, who sought his assistance.) {An interpretation of "Al-Israa: The Night Journey", Sura 17 Aya 28}

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ ﴿التَّوۡبَةِ؜ ١١٩﴾ O People who Believe! Fear Allah, and be with the truthful. {An interpretation of "At-Tawba: The Repentance", Sura 9 Aya 119}

قُل لَّا يَسْتَوِى ٱلْخَبِيثُ وَٱلطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ ٱلْخَبِيثِ ۚ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ يَٰٓأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿المَائـِدَةِ؜ ١٠٠﴾ Say, “The impure (evil) and the pure (good) are not equal, even though the abundance of the impure may attract you; therefore keep fearing Allah, O men of intellect, so that you may succeed.” {An interpretation of "Al-Maaida: The Table", Sura 5 Aya 100}

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ لِأَمَٰنَٰتِهِمْ وَعَهْدِهِمْ رَٰعُونَ ﴿المُؤۡمِنُونَ؜ ٨﴾ And those who keep proper regard for their trusts and their pledges. {An interpretation of "Al-Muminoon: The Believers", Sura 23 Aya 8}

قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا غَلَبَتْ عَلَيْنَا شِقْوَتُنَا وَكُنَّا قَوْمًۭا ضَآلِّينَ ﴿المُؤۡمِنُونَ؜ ١٠٦﴾ They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” {An interpretation of "Al-Muminoon: The Believers", Sura 23 Aya 106}

وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّرِيَكَ مَا نَعِدُهُمْ لَقَٰدِرُونَ ﴿المُؤۡمِنُونَ؜ ٩٥﴾ And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. {An interpretation of "Al-Muminoon: The Believers", Sura 23 Aya 95}

وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ ﴿الانفِطَارِ؜ ١٦﴾ And will not be able to hide from it. {An interpretation of "Al-Infitaar: The Cleaving", Sura 82 Aya 16}

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابٍۢ ثُمَّ مِن نُّطْفَةٍۢ ثُمَّ مِنْ عَلَقَةٍۢ ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُكُمْ طِفْلًۭا ثُمَّ لِتَبْلُغُوٓا۟ أَشُدَّكُمْ ثُمَّ لِتَكُونُوا۟ شُيُوخًۭا ۚ وَمِنكُم مَّن يُتَوَفَّىٰ مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَلِتَبْلُغُوٓا۟ أَجَلًۭا مُّسَمًّۭى وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿غَافِرٍ؜ ٦٧﴾ It is He Who created you from clay, then from a drop of liquid, then from a clot of blood, and then brings you forth as a child, then keeps you alive for you to reach adulthood and then to become old; and some among you pass away earlier, and for you to reach an appointed term, and so that you may understand. {An interpretation of "Ghafir: The Forgiver", Sura 40 Aya 67}

وَأَن لَّا تَعْلُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنِّىٓ ءَاتِيكُم بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍۢ ﴿الدُّخَانِ؜ ١٩﴾ And saying, “And do not rebel against Allah; I have brought a clear proof to you.” {An interpretation of "Ad-Dukhaan: The Smoke", Sura 44 Aya 19}

وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ وَٱلنَّصَٰرَىٰ نَحْنُ أَبْنَٰٓؤُا۟ ٱللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّٰٓؤُهُۥ ۚ قُلْ فَلِمَ يُعَذِّبُكُم بِذُنُوبِكُم ۖ بَلْ أَنتُم بَشَرٌۭ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ﴿المَائـِدَةِ؜ ١٨﴾ The Jews and the Christians said, “We are the sons of Allah and His beloved ones”; say, “Why does He then punish you for your sins? In fact you are human beings, part of His creation; He forgives whomever He wills, and punishes whomever He wills; and for Allah only is the kingship of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – and towards Him is the return.” {An interpretation of "Al-Maaida: The Table", Sura 5 Aya 18}

وَأَنَّا ظَنَنَّآ أَن لَّن تَقُولَ ٱلْإِنسُ وَٱلْجِنُّ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًۭا ﴿الجِنِّ؜ ٥﴾ ‘Whereas we thought that men and jinns would never fabricate a lie against Allah!’ {An interpretation of "Al-Jinn: The Jinn", Sura 72 Aya 5}

يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًۭا ﴿الطُّورِ؜ ٩﴾ A day on which the heavens will shake with a visible shaking. {An interpretation of "At-Tur: The Mount", Sura 52 Aya 9}

وَلَقَدِ ٱخْتَرْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ عَلَى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿الدُّخَانِ؜ ٣٢﴾ And We knowingly chose them, among all others of their time. {An interpretation of "Ad-Dukhaan: The Smoke", Sura 44 Aya 32}

وَٱسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ رَبَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّى رَحِيمٌۭ وَدُودٌۭ ﴿هُودٍ؜ ٩٠﴾ “Ask forgiveness from your Lord and then incline towards Him in repentance; indeed my Lord is Most Merciful, Most Affectionate.” {An interpretation of "Hud: Hud", Sura 11 Aya 90}

قَالَ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ ﴿الصَّافَّاتِ؜ ٥٤﴾ He said (to others on the thrones), “Will you take a glimpse (into hell) below?” {An interpretation of "As-Saaffaat: Those drawn up in Ranks", Sura 37 Aya 54}

فَكُلًّا أَخَذْنَا بِذَنۢبِهِۦ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِ حَاصِبًۭا وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَخَذَتْهُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ خَسَفْنَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ أَغْرَقْنَا ۚ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ ﴿العَنكَبُوتِ؜ ٤٠﴾ So We caught each one upon his sin; so among them is one upon whom We sent a shower of stones; and among them is one who was seized by the Scream; and among them is one whom We buried in the earth, and among them is one whom We drowned; it did not befit Allah’s Majesty to oppress them, but they were wronging themselves. {An interpretation of "Al-Ankaboot: The Spider", Sura 29 Aya 40}

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ ٱللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ ﴿المُؤۡمِنُونَ؜ ٣﴾ And who do not incline towards indecent matters. {An interpretation of "Al-Muminoon: The Believers", Sura 23 Aya 3}
