SMART MEDICIST

وَإِنِّى مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِم بِهَدِيَّةٍۢ فَنَاظِرَةٌۢ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ ﴿النَّمۡلِ؜ ٣٥﴾ “And I shall send a present to them, then see what reply the envoys bring.” {An interpretation of "An-Naml: The Ant", Sura 27 Aya 35}

يَٰٓأَهْلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَا تَغْلُوا۟ فِى دِينِكُمْ وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا ٱلْحَقَّ ۚ إِنَّمَا ٱلْمَسِيحُ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ وَكَلِمَتُهُۥٓ أَلْقَىٰهَآ إِلَىٰ مَرْيَمَ وَرُوحٌۭ مِّنْهُ ۖ فَـَٔامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ ۖ وَلَا تَقُولُوا۟ ثَلَٰثَةٌ ۚ ٱنتَهُوا۟ خَيْرًۭا لَّكُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا ٱللَّهُ إِلَٰهٌۭ وَٰحِدٌۭ ۖ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥٓ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٌۭ ۘ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًۭا ﴿النِّسَاءِ؜ ١٧١﴾ O People given the Book(s)! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor say anything concerning Allah, but the truth; the Messiah, Eisa the son of Maryam, is purely a Noble Messenger of Allah, and His Word; which He sent towards Maryam, and a Spirit from Him; so believe in Allah and His Noble Messengers; and do not say “Three”; desist, for your own good; undoubtedly Allah is the only One God; Purity is to Him from begetting a child; to Him only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth; and Allah is a Sufficient Trustee (of affairs). {An interpretation of "An-Nisaa: The Women", Sura 4 Aya 171}

ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ ﴿العَلَقِ؜ ٣﴾ Read, and your Lord only is the Most Beneficent, {An interpretation of "Al-Alaq: The Clot", Sura 96 Aya 3}

فَمَا كَانَ دَعْوَىٰهُمْ إِذْ جَآءَهُم بَأْسُنَآ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ ﴿الأَعۡرَافِ؜ ٥﴾ Therefore they uttered nothing when Our punishment came to them, except that they said, “Indeed we were the unjust.” {An interpretation of "Al-A'raaf: The Heights", Sura 7 Aya 5}

وَإِن تَعُدُّوا۟ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحْصُوهَآ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَغَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ﴿النَّحۡلِ؜ ١٨﴾ And if you enumerate the favours of Allah, you will never be able to count them; indeed Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. {An interpretation of "An-Nahl: The Bee", Sura 16 Aya 18}

۞ وَٱذْكُرْ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذْ أَنذَرَ قَوْمَهُۥ بِٱلْأَحْقَافِ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ ٱلنُّذُرُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِۦٓ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍۢ ﴿الأَحۡقَافِ؜ ٢١﴾ And remember the fellowman of the tribe of A’ad; when he warned his nation in the Ahqaf* – and indeed Heralds of warning passed away before and after him – that, “Do not worship anyone except Allah; indeed I fear the punishment of a Great Day upon you. (* A country among sand dunes.) {An interpretation of "Al-Ahqaf: The Dunes", Sura 46 Aya 21}

لَوْ يَعْلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ حِينَ لَا يَكُفُّونَ عَن وُجُوهِهِمُ ٱلنَّارَ وَلَا عَن ظُهُورِهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ ﴿الأَنبِيَاءِ؜ ٣٩﴾ If only the disbelievers realised the time when they will not be able to stop the fire from their faces and from their backs – and nor are they to be helped. {An interpretation of "Al-Anbiyaa: The Prophets", Sura 21 Aya 39}

قَالُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْوَٰعِظِينَ ﴿الشُّعَرَاءِ؜ ١٣٦﴾ They said, “It is the same for us, whether you advise us or not be of the preachers.” {An interpretation of "Ash-Shu'araa: The Poets", Sura 26 Aya 136}

وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُوَلِّى بَعْضَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعْضًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ ﴿الأَنۡعَامِ؜ ١٢٩﴾ And similarly We empower some of the oppressors over others – the recompense of their deeds. {An interpretation of "Al-An'aam: The Cattle", Sura 6 Aya 129}

قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِى بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿الشُّعَرَاءِ؜ ١١٢﴾ He said, “What do I know what their deeds are?” {An interpretation of "Ash-Shu'araa: The Poets", Sura 26 Aya 112}

كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌۭ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ ﴿القَمَرِ؜ ١٨﴾ The tribe of A’ad denied – so how did My punishment turn out, and My warnings? {An interpretation of "Al-Qamar: The Moon", Sura 54 Aya 18}

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ ﴿اللَّيۡلِ؜ ٧﴾ So We will very soon provide him ease. {An interpretation of "Al-Lail: The Night", Sura 92 Aya 7}

أَن لَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ ۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ أَلِيمٍۢ ﴿هُودٍ؜ ٢٦﴾ “That you must worship none except Allah; indeed I fear the punishment of the calamitous day upon you.” {An interpretation of "Hud: Hud", Sura 11 Aya 26}

فَإِن كُنتَ فِى شَكٍّۢ مِّمَّآ أَنزَلْنَآ إِلَيْكَ فَسْـَٔلِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَقْرَءُونَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبْلِكَ ۚ لَقَدْ جَآءَكَ ٱلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُمْتَرِينَ ﴿يُونُسَ؜ ٩٤﴾ And if you, O listener, have any doubt in what We have sent down towards you, then question those who have read the Book before you; undoubtedly, towards you has come the truth from your Lord, therefore do not be of those who doubt. {An interpretation of "Yunus: Jonas", Sura 10 Aya 94}

قَدِ ٱفْتَرَيْنَا عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا إِنْ عُدْنَا فِى مِلَّتِكُم بَعْدَ إِذْ نَجَّىٰنَا ٱللَّهُ مِنْهَا ۚ وَمَا يَكُونُ لَنَآ أَن نَّعُودَ فِيهَآ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّنَا ۚ وَسِعَ رَبُّنَا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ عِلْمًا ۚ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا ۚ رَبَّنَا ٱفْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلْفَٰتِحِينَ ﴿الأَعۡرَافِ؜ ٨٩﴾ “We shall then have fabricated a lie against Allah if we return to your religion after Allah has rescued us from it; and it is not for any of us Muslims to return to your religion except if Allah, Who is our Lord, wills; the knowledge of our Lord encompasses all things; in Allah only we have trusted; our Lord! Decide with justice between us and our people – and Yours is the best decision.” {An interpretation of "Al-A'raaf: The Heights", Sura 7 Aya 89}

نَزَّاعَةًۭ لِّلشَّوَىٰ ﴿المَعَارِجِ؜ ١٦﴾ A fire that melts the hide. {An interpretation of "Al-Ma'aarij: The Ascending Stairways", Sura 70 Aya 16}

ٱلْـَٰٔنَ خَفَّفَ ٱللَّهُ عَنكُمْ وَعَلِمَ أَنَّ فِيكُمْ ضَعْفًۭا ۚ فَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُم مِّا۟ئَةٌۭ صَابِرَةٌۭ يَغْلِبُوا۟ مِا۟ئَتَيْنِ ۚ وَإِن يَكُن مِّنكُمْ أَلْفٌۭ يَغْلِبُوٓا۟ أَلْفَيْنِ بِإِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ ﴿الأَنفَالِ؜ ٦٦﴾ So now Allah has made an ease upon you and He knows that you are weak; so if there are a hundred persevering men among you, they shall overcome two hundred; and if there are a thousand among you, they shall overcome two thousand by the command of Allah; and Allah is with those who patiently endure. {An interpretation of "Al-Anfaal: The Spoils of War", Sura 8 Aya 66}

خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمْ فَأَحْسَنَ صُوَرَكُمْ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ﴿التَّغَابُنِ؜ ٣﴾ He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, and fashioned you thereby making you in best shapes; and towards Him only is the return. {An interpretation of "At-Taghaabun: Mutual Disillusion", Sura 64 Aya 3}

وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ كَأَن لَّمْ يَلْبَثُوٓا۟ إِلَّا سَاعَةًۭ مِّنَ ٱلنَّهَارِ يَتَعَارَفُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ قَدْ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِلِقَآءِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُهْتَدِينَ ﴿يُونُسَ؜ ٤٥﴾ And on the day when He will raise all of them together, as if they had never stayed on earth except for a moment during the day, they will recognise one another; for completely ruined are those who denied the meeting with Allah and were not on guidance. {An interpretation of "Yunus: Jonas", Sura 10 Aya 45}

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِى زُبُرِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿الشُّعَرَاءِ؜ ١٩٦﴾ And indeed it is mentioned in the earlier Books. {An interpretation of "Ash-Shu'araa: The Poets", Sura 26 Aya 196}
