As part of the 25th anniversary celebration of the Prime Point Foundation and the Department of Media Sciences, Anna University we are hosting a Hackathon for students from across the country to participate in a unique challenge. This hackathon aims to address one of the most critical issues facing our society today: misinformation and disinformation.
What is the Hackathon About?
Theme: Information technology for public good, enabling an ecosystem for identification of multimedia disinformation.
Eligibility: Students can participate in groups of 3-5, with permission from their universities.
Timeline: Entries are open from June 10 to July 30, 2024.
Partnership: Conducted in collaboration with Anna University, this hackathon provides a platform for young minds to contribute to a smarter, more informed India.
