If this can be done , then why not The Entire public service commision can't take exams in one go ?
Why there can't be single shift ?
Are these loopholes willingly injected for scope of Malpractices ?
What exactly these Provisions mean?
In the first place Remove this nonsense!!! "Normalization"
Second , try not to hide the Incapability and Incompetency of the Authorities and Work force especially, after accepting , 1000 Rs per person Fees
Or is this like, 50% of the fees candidates pay, goes towards Bribery to Officials ?

Is this happening in Govt Exams or these Govt Exams have developed into a purely Capitalist model ?

In This Question From MPSC Gazetted Services , instead of Fertility , " population Control" would have been more Relevant term ..
Because Fertility is a Biological Thing that has nothing to do with Being Educated .
But, Surely Education Can Lead to awareness in Womens about the Birth Control Measures which will ultimately Lead to Population Control.
In addition there are some Spelling mistakes as well as some non-Smooth English Structures used.
The question Framing Could have been Better so that the Real Issue , population Control would have been addressed .
We all must know how Important the Population Control measures are in Context to Poverty, unemployment and Wealth Concentration.
