In This Question From MPSC Gazetted Services , instead of Fertility , " population Control" would have been more Relevant term .. Because Fertility is a Biological Thing that has nothing to do with Being Educated . But, Surely Education Can Lead to awareness in Womens about the Birth Control Measures which will ultimately Lead to Population Control. In addition there are some Spelling mistakes as well as some non-Smooth English Structures used. The question Framing Could have been Better so that the Real Issue , population Control would have been addressed . We all must know how Important the Population Control measures are in Context to Poverty, unemployment and Wealth Concentration. #thoughts
