When it comes to shopping at the grocery store or online you should be aware of who you are buying from. About 90% of the prepared food companies in the grocery store are owned by a handful of companies. Here is a short list of the companies who do it the "natural way" and have been bought out by companies like Mars, Kraft, Pepsi, Colgate, etc.
With that being said it is VERY important to support your local farmer's market. When shopping at the farmer's market 97% of the money goes towards the farmer while when shopping at the grocery store only 15%.... goes toward the farmer.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to do a podcast with @sacred_resistance They are Two great souls❤️ and we had a chance to talk about gardening in a way I had never heard of before, #electroculture (using the earth's magnetism energy to increase crop yield)
