When it comes to shopping at the grocery store or online you should be aware of who you are buying from. About 90% of the prepared food companies in the grocery store are owned by a handful of companies. Here is a short list of the companies who do it the "natural way" and have been bought out by companies like Mars, Kraft, Pepsi, Colgate, etc. With that being said it is VERY important to support your local farmer's market.
