អាស៊ាន កែទម្រង់រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគណៈកម្មាធិការវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (COSTI) ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ! អនុលោមតាមការសម្រេចរបស់កិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីអាស៊ានផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ គណៈកម្មាធិការ COSTI បានសម្រេចបង្រួមអនុគណៈកម្មាធិការចាស់ទាំង៩ មកបន្សល់ទុកត្រឹម ៥ ថ្មីវិញ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការសម្របសម្រួល និងស្របតាមផែនការសកម្មភាពអាស៊ាន។ រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថ្មីទាំង៥ រួមមាន៖ ១. SC-BFS_ផ្តោតលើផលិតផលជីវសាស្រ្ត កសិកម្មចីរភាព នវានុវត្តន៍អាហារ និងជីវសីលធម៌។ ២. SC-DET_ ផ្តោតលើបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកង់ទុម (Quantum) បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) និងការផលិតកម្រិតខ្ពស់។ ៣. SC-EOSS_ផ្តោតលើការសង្កេតការណ៍ផែនដី ឧតុនិយម និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសមុទ្រ។ ៤. SC-MET_ ផ្តោតលើថាមពលចីរភាព ការគ្រប់គ្រងសំណល់ និងសម្ភារៈកម្រិតខ្ពស់។ ៥. SC-STIE_ផ្តោតលើការអភិវឌ្ឍ ធនធានមនុស្ស ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីនវានុវត្តន៍ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស្រាវជ្រាវ។ រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថ្មីនេះ ត្រូវអនុម័តជាផ្លូវការក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ AMMSTI នាថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ ដោយជំនួសឲ្យអនុគណៈកម្មាធិការចាស់ទាំង៩ (SCB, SCFST, SCMIT, SCMG, SCOSA, SCMSAT, SCMST, SCSER, និង SCIRD)។
