[CLARIFICATION RE: WAIVING CLEARANCE HOLDS DUE TO UNPAID BALANCES] Hi, everyone! To clarify, this announcement means that FAO have not set a specific deadline for tuition fee payment and students can settle their tuition and fees until this coming Term 2 AY 2023-2024. Enlistment/Enrollment • There will be no finance-related holds for this coming enlistment for students who have unpaid balances from Term 1, A.Y. 2023-2024. • Students who have not paid last term, can still enroll/enlist this coming Term 2 AY 2023-2024. • If student have an unpaid balance from this term (Term 1, AY 2023-2024), this may be paid along with their tuition and fees for Term 2, AY 2023-2024. Payment Surcharge • For students who were not able to pay for 2nd and 3rd installment (late payment), they do not have to pay for surcharges since it is waived. • For students who previously paid for surcharge for 2nd/3rd installment payment, the payment from this will be treated as an excess payment for their next tuition fee payment. Clearance Hold • Only students who have unpaid balances from AY 2022-2023 will have a clearance hold.
