CLARIFICATIONS:
• All progress made today will be saved and will not be revoked in the system.
• If you dropped and clicked “Final Submit”, you will NO longer be able to edit your Add/Drop.

[UPDATE ON ADD/DROP TO CHANGE SECTION]
For students who wish to change their section, we initially advise students to refrain from dropping their courses earlier. As of April 30, 3PM, after USG raised the concern on add/drop for the purpose of change section, the Archers Hub Team is now working to have a solution for this. In the meantime, let’s wait for the updated guidelines for this. But rest assured that we will be able to change our section if there’s an available slot.
[UPDATE ON MISSING COURSES]
For minors and retake courses, it will reflect on Monday. For other courses, raise this to your APO to have it resolved.
[CLARIFICATIONS/FAQs]
📍Can I add/drop more than once?
• Yes as long as you click proceed. DON’T final submit yet if you will add/drop more later.
📍What does "pending" mean in the add/drop facility?
• It means it is SECURED. To have an “approved” remark click final submit but ensure that you will NOT change it anymore.
📍I already final submit my add/drop, can I change it again?
• No, if you click final submit, you can't change again. But, if you want to retract your final submit, raise this to your APO to have it resolved. | 0 |

Hello, Lasallians!
Please be advised that there is currently an issue with the Change Section function during the Add/Drop period. Because of this, some students have been dropping their enrolled course first in order to transfer to another section or schedule.
However, based on the latest advisory from the Archers Hub team, once a course is dropped, it may no longer be possible to add the same course again, even if the intention was only to change sections or schedules.
In line with this, we strongly advise students to refrain from dropping their courses for now if the purpose is only to change section or schedule, until further clarification and resolution are provided.
We are currently coordinating this concern with the proper offices and will provide updates as soon as possible.

The Deadline for Confirmation of Enrollment (Final Submit) is April 30, 2026 at 8:00AM. Ensure to click final submit to avoid auto dropping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CLICK FINAL SUBMIT?
- You cannot make any changes after clicking Final Submit, so ensure that your schedule is final before proceeding.
WHAT IF I FAIL TO CLICK FINAL SUBMIT?
- You will not be enrolled for the term. You will also not be able to participate in the Adjustment Period.
WHAT IF THE DEADLINE IS NEAR BUT MY SCHEDULE IS STILL NOT FINAL?
- We suggest you click Final Submit right before the deadline, regardless if the schedule is final or not. You can still modify your schedule in the adjustment period.
