To avoid issues in securing and editing your enlisted courses, please take note of the following: • Save & Next – allows you to secure your selected course/slot while still being able to make changes. • Final Submit – allows you to confirm your enlistment; once clicked, you will no longer be able to edit your enlisted subjects during the enlistment period. For students who have already clicked Final Submit, you may still add or drop courses during the Add/Drop Period, which will run from April 28, 2026 (8:00 AM) to May 2, 2026 (11:59 PM). For students with ID 122 and below, we have raised the concern regarding the inability to enlist in PE courses due to the reflection of old course codes in the system. The Archers Hub Team is currently working on resolving this issue by updating and reflecting the new course codes for PE subjects. We will continue to monitor this and provide updates once available. [CLARIFICATION ON CLEARANCES] Students who have outstanding balances will not have a clearance hold under FAO. However, clearance holds will still be applied from other offices such as OUR, AdSO, SDFO, etc. With this, we are advising all students to check their clearance hold through Archers Hub. [SETTLEMENT OF CLEARANCE FOR T2, A.Y. 2025-2026] Good day, Lasallians! The Office of the University Registrar would like to remind the academic community that starting April 6, 2026, students may already check their Archershub accounts for the Settlement of Clearances for Term 2, AY 2025-26. This is to ensure that students will be able to enlist/enroll and print their EAF for AY 2025-2026, Term 3. The deadline for Settlement of Clearance is until April 15, 2026. For questions and/or clarifications regarding pending clearances with office/s (i.e. OUR, OAS, SDFO, HSO, Accounting, Library, and Chemistry Laboratory), students are requested to coordinate with the office concerned for updating the clearance system. Please send an email using "Settlement of Clearances" as the subject line.
