We know they're just going to offload that cost onto us the consumer, what could be done that would actually incentivize companies to bring back production to here that doesn't just punish us and raise drug prices even more

JUST IN - Trump says in order to "RESHORE Generic pharmaceutical Production into America," Generic pharmaceutical companies will have a 2 year zero tariff period, Aug 2026-2028, after which the tariff will be raised to 100% for one year and then 200% for every year after that. Hey dummy, being in control of the strait means you control what comes in and what goes. If Iran is able to stop ships from coming and going, that means you're not in control of the strait

At least 25 people were killed as torrential rain triggered floods and landslides across northern and northeastern India, with more rain forecast in the coming days. Join the official @Breaking911 Telegram Channel!

If you look at the stock market, there was a big dip in March of 2020 that recovered quickly, and then a massive dip in late fall I think of 2021 that took like a whole year to recover from. I wonder if we're in a pattern exactly like that right now, March 2025 big dip that recovered quickly, if this pattern is still in place that would mean a big crash is coming later this year that will take a while to recover from

I just saw a thing earlier that some big wig at JP Morgan said they wouldn't be buying stocks right now

My DNA test said I'm 16% French Canadian, which means that even as someone who wasn't born in Canada and honestly doesn't even really like Canada, I'm more Canadian than these Jeets who show up there to be UberJeets drivers or Tim Hortons workers

Something I see happening as America gradually unravels as a country is that blue states and red states are increasingly going to ignore each other's extradition orders, especially for certain crimes that the state in question doesn't think is a crime

There seems to be funny business going on with The Odyssey. Something didn't seem right when I saw that it was making tons of money when every other woke movie flopped big time in recent times. Gotta keep up the image that woke is still popular I guess

I think one of the biggest problems for this Reddit-tier argument that Christianity held back humanity a thousand years during the so-called "dark ages" is that the whole world wasn't Christian then, if that were true certainly one of the other world civilizations would have, whether it's Islamic, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, etc someone else would have picked up the slack and we all know that didn't really happen. In reality, tons of scientific achievements were made during that time period, most of them not only by Christians but actually by clergy on top of that, and the largest and most architecturally impressive building on earth for a thousand years was a church (Hagia Sophia) and was built during this time period of the so-called "dark ages".

Gaytheists claim to be all about the truth but they sure do love historical revisionism don't they

I read a book written by an Orthodox priest recently, and somewhere in the book he recounted that there was some conference that was being attended by Orthodox and some mainline protestant group, and one of the presenters was an Orthodox priest, and in his presentation he was discussing the church fathers, and some old lady who was mainline protestant basically said "The fathers are all dead, we live in the modern world now" This right here is exactly what is wrong with modern Christian thinking. These worldly-minded people have this false modernist idea in their head that human nature changes over time, and that the traditional teachings of the church are just arbitrary rules set by a bunch of old white men who are all dead now. When you look at the denominations that think like this, can you really fault them? No, human nature does not change over time, and if you really spend any amount of time exploring how society was then when those early church teachings were established and how it is today, you'll realize they really weren't that different from each other. Just looking around at how things are in the modern west it's really not hard to see that we need ancient wisdom more now than ever.
