Father, we ask you help us in studying Your word so we may gain insight for our lives, and the importance for salvation through the blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, You taught us that we will be tested and will suffer through things. Although wiley schemes are used against us and our emotions are manipulated to trick us, “fear not” and “don’t be afraid” are two messages You’ve given us many times. It’s in our trust and confidence in You that we may rely on Your Word. We ask You draw us closer, give us the desire to break free from the deceptive entrapments, and to stand firm in our faith in You to glorify You. In Jesus Christ’s mighty name we pray, Amen.
