St Matthew BEC Home Mass 🙏🏼 Dalam Injil, Yesus mengingatkan kita bahawa keluarga-Nya yang sejati bukan ditentukan oleh pertalian darah, tetapi oleh mereka yang melakukan kehendak Allah. Melalui Pembaptisan, Allah telah menghimpunkan kita sebagai satu keluarga rohani yang bersatu dalam Kristus. Seperti yang dikongsikan oleh Fr Philip, inilah keindahan BEC kita. Kita berhimpun dalam nama-Nya, sebagaimana Yesus bersabda, Di mana dua atau tiga orang berkumpul dalam nama-Nya, Kristus ada di situ. BEC bukan sekadar aktiviti, tetapi ruang untuk kita membina keluarga rohani yang saling menerima, mendoakan dan menjadi pembawa damai Kristus setiap hari. Seperti Bonda Maria, kita juga dipanggil untuk berkata “ya” kepada kehendak Allah dan menghayatinya setiap hari. Menjadi sebahagian daripada BEC bukan sekadar menghadiri Home Mass dan aktiviti BEC, tetapi membina sebuah komuniti di mana setiap orang berasa diterima, saling berdoa bersama, saling membantu, dan menjadi alat pembawa damai Kristus.

St Mark BEC Home Mass 🙏🏼 “I desire mercy, not sacrifice.” — Matthew 12:7 In today’s Gospel, Fr George Harrison reminded us that rules and regulations are important, but we must also understand their true purpose. When we follow rules without knowing why, we may become blind to the needs of surrounding and the people around us. Like the Good Samaritan, we are called not only to notice someone in need, but to stop, reach out and act with compassion. The simple decision to pause can allow us to care, comfort and bring healing to another person. As God looks upon us with mercy, are we also looking out for one another? St. Luke BEC Home Mass 🙏 Rev. Fr. George Harrison shared a beautiful reflection centred on the 3 Ps – Present, Providence and Promise . He reminded everyone to be present with God and one another in the BEC through prayer and the Eucharist, where Christ brings healing and grace to our souls. He encouraged everyone to trust in God's providence, knowing that He will always provide and lead us through every challenge, as long as we remain faithful to His promise. As the Church celebrates the Feast of St Bonaventure, may we, like St Bonaventure, lead others closer to God. Inspired by the BEC patron saint, St Luke, may the members of St Luke BEC continue to be present, compassionate, and faithful witnesses of Christ in their community. The members of St Luke BEC also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Mark and his family for graciously opening their home and hosting the BEC Home Mass. Their warm hospitality and generosity provided a welcoming space for the community to gather in prayer and fellowship.

St. Irenaeus BEC Home Mass 🙏 Our hearts were truly filled with joy as the St Irenaeus BEC community gathered together for a beautiful Home Mass, united in prayer, faith, and fellowship. A heartfelt thank you to our gracious host, Frances Hastie, who shared that it had been 17 years since her home was last filled with BEC members. It was a touching reminder of how meaningful these gatherings are, and she warmly encouraged everyone to continue participating so that more homes may once again become places where faith is shared and nurtured. As Scripture reminds us: "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." — Matthew 18:20 May the Lord continue to bless every family in our BEC, and may we grow ever stronger as one community, walking together in Christ. #CDMShahAlam #BEC #BECMass
