Muhammad bin Isma'il At-Tirmidhi said I heard Al-Muzani say:
“No one's Tawhid is correct until he knows that Allah is above his Throne with his Attributes.”
I asked: “Like which Attributes?”
He replied: “The All-Hearing, The All-Seeing, The All-Knowing and The All-Powerful.”
Reported by Ibn Mandah in his Tarikh.

◾Why did the Prophet ﷺ fast so much more in Sha'bān than Muharam when the latter is greater in virtue?◾
Our Shaykh Abu Bilāl - may Allah preserve him- was on 18th Sha'bān 1441( 11th April 2020):
📝🔹Question:
How do we reconcile between these two hadith?
I did not see him (i.e. the Prophet ﷺ) ever fast a month (except Ramadhān) more than his fasting in the month of Sha'baan. [1]
The most virtuous fasting after Ramadhān is the month of Allāh, Muharam. [2]
📩🔸Answer:
(These are) two authentic hadiths, the Prophet ﷺ did indeed used to fast frequently in Sha'bān. In fact, it has been reported in some narrations that he would fast all of it whilst in others he would fast (all of it) except a little.
As for the whole month:
[مَا صَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ شَهْرًا كَامِلًا قَطُّ غَيْرَ رَمَضَانَ ]
The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ did not fast the whole of any month except Ramadan. [3]
So this is (understood) based upon him fasting most and much of Sha'bān. As for the month of Allāh, Muharam, which is the most virtuous month (except Ramadhān) as reported in authentic hadiths (such as):
[أيُّ الصِّيَامِ أفْضَلُ بَعْدَ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ ؟ قَالَ ﷺ : " شَهْرُ اللَّهِ الَّذِي تَدْعُونَهُ الْمُحَرَّمَ ".]
"What is the most virtuous (month of) fasting after Ramadhān?". He ﷺ said: "The month of Allah you call Muharam". [4]
As well as:
The most virtuous fasting after Ramadhān is the month of Allah Muharram. [2]
It has not been reported that he ﷺ fasted Muharam except its tenth day and that he intended and resolved that:
[" لَئِنْ بَقِيتُ إِلَى قَابِلٍ ؛ لَأَصُومَنَّ التَّاسِعَ "]
If I remain (alive) until the coming (year) I will certainly fast the ninth. [5]
So his fasting regarding the tenth of Muharam is proven whilst it is unproven that he did so on the ninth. However he intended to and it is a sunnah.
As for fasting the majority of it; it has not been confirmed in the way it has been confirmed he used to fast Sha'bān.
So (this reconciliation of hadiths) is (understood) based upon:
(1.) the Prophet ﷺ being preocuppied from fasting; either by illness, travel or other than that. Not because he would leave it on purpose or intentionally as mentioned by Al-Nawawi and others.
(2.) Or based upon the fact he was not made aware of the virtues of its fasting until his final days i.e. the latter part of his life and his soul was taken before he was able to fast it.
This is the reconciliation between his frequent fasting in Sha'baan and the limited reports of him fasting the month of Allāh, Muharam, despite the fact that it is the most virtuous month of fasting (after Ramadan).
And Allah is most knowledgeable.

Waki' narrated to us, saying Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abi Ishaq, from Qays bin Sukan al-Asadi who said Abd Allah -may Allah be pleased with him- said:
“Indeed you have descended in between the Persians and the Nabts, So if any of you buys meat, then ask (regarding where they got it from).
So if it is slaughtered from Yahudi or Nasrani (a Jew or Christian) then eat it, But if it is slaughtered by a Majus (ie: Magian) then do not eat.”

◾️If Eid falls on a Jumu'ah◾️
Answered by the esteemed Shaykh, the Faqeeh Abu Hamza Hassan Ba Shu'ayb, may Allah preserve him and protect him, and delight us from his knowledge:
1⃣🔹Question:
"As the Khateeb of a Masjid, if Eid coincides with Jumu'ah, do we suffice with the Eid Khutbah and omit the Jumu'ah prayer, or do we deliver both the Eid Khutbah and the Jumu'ah Khutbah?".
📩🔸Answer:
"You should perform the Eid prayer and the Jumu'ah prayer, based on the Hadith of An-Nu'man bin Basheer, who said:
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the two Eid prayers and in the Jumu'ah prayer:
(سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلْأَعْلَى)
"Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High".
[Al-A'la:1]
And:
"Has there reached you the report of the Overwhelming [event]?".
[Al-Ghashiyah:1]
And he said: "And if Eid and Jumu'ah coincide on the same day, he would recite them in both prayers as well". Reported by Muslim.
Then, the Jumu'ah prayer becomes a concession for the people, whoever wishes may attend, and whoever wishes may pray Dhuhr instead". End of speech.

A Beautiful Gathering!
We had the privilege of sitting down with our beloved teachers 2 years ago, Abū Atiyah and Abū Usāmah Fārah, (who is in charge of Markaz Sunnah in Nanyuki, Kenya).
It was heartwarming to witness the brotherhood they share—a bond that spans many years, having both studied in Dammāj for an extensive period.
Our teacher, Abū Atiyah, also spent time in Kenya giving da’wah alongside Abū Usāmah.
Joining them were students of knowledge from Tanzania, the UK, Yemen, and Kenya, adding to the beauty of the gathering.
🎙 Speakers: Abū Atiyah & Abū Usāmah Fārah
📚 Topic: Importance of Brotherhood

Abu Ma'mar narrated to me that ‘Abbad bin al-‘Awwam narrated us, that Sharik bin Abdillah an-Nakha'i came to us, thereupon he was asked about the Hadith:
“Indeed, Allah descends on the night of the middle of Sha'ban?”
We said: “People are rejecting these ahadith!”
He said: “What are they saying?”
We said: “They are speaking evil of them.”
Then he said: “Those who transmitted these ahadith are the ones who transmitted the Qur'an and as-salawaat khams (the five prayers), And told us about Hajj and fasting in Ramadhan.
We do not recognize Allah except by these ahadith.”
