HAL FILES CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OVER ALLEGED FORGED TEST REPORTS IN TEJAS MK1A PROGRAMME Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has reportedly filed a criminal complaint against Hyderabad-based supplier Tec Aero Devices over the alleged submission of forged test reports linked to the HAL Tejas Mk1A programme. The complaint, filed by HAL Deputy General Manager Ranu Gupta, led police to register a case against Tec Aero Devices CEO M. Sivarama Prasad on charges including cheating and forgery.
