It was narrated from 'Abd-Allaah ibn 'Umar (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: "There are no days that are greater before Allaah or in which good deeds are more beloved to Him, than these ten days, do much Tahlil, Takbeer & Tahmeed in them

## *How to Earn 1,000 Years of Fasting and Praying on Friday* _Aws bin Aws narrated: "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever performs Ghusl on Friday, bathes completely, encourages their spouse to take a bath, goes early to the mosque, sits close, listens attentively, remains silent during the sermon, and walks to the mosque, will receive the reward of a year of fasting and standing (in prayer) for every step taken.'"_ (Jami` at-Tirmidhi, 496) To achieve this immense reward, follow these steps: 1. Perform Ghusl - Take a ritual bath. 2. Encourage Spouse - Ensure your spouse also takes a bath. 3. Go Early - Arrive at the mosque early. 4. Sit Close - Sit near the imam. 5. Listen Attentively - Pay full attention to the khutbah. 6. Remain Silent - Do not talk during the sermon. 7. Walk to the Mosque - Walk instead of driving, or park a short distance away and walk the rest. By combining these actions, you can earn the reward of 1,000 years of fasting and praying for every step taken to the mosque. An average person with a moderate step will take 1,000 to 1,250 steps in 10 minutes, so taking a 10-minute walk to the mosque can guarantee you approximately 1,000 years of fasting and praying by the grace of Allah. ## *Additional Ways to Earn Allah's Forgiveness and Immense Rewards This Friday* _The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever takes a bath, purifies himself, uses perfume, attends the Friday prayer early without separating people, remains silent during the khutbah, and prays what is prescribed for him, his sins between that Friday and the next will be forgiven." (Bukhari)_ To maximize your rewards, consider these other actions: 8. Prepare Well - Take a bath, groom, and apply perfume. (Bukhari) 9. Avoid disturbing others - Come to the mosque before the khutbah begins and don't separate between people's neck. 10. Pray Sunnah - Offer 2-4 rakat sunnah before and after the obligatory prayers including the Jumah 11. Seize the Honored Hour - Supplicate when your prayers are most likely to be answered such as between Asr and Magrib, in your Sujud and between Adhan and Iqaamah of ever prayer (Muslim, Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasa'i) 12. Remember Allah - Recite 33 tasbeeh, tahmeed, takbeer, and the shahadah after each Salah 13. Send Salawat - Invoke abundant blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, at least 100 times. (Abu Dawud) 14. Recite Surah Al-Kahf - Its recitation provides spiritual light until the next Friday. (Hakim, Bayhaqi, Sahih Jami') 15. Seek Forgiveness - Recite Astagfirullah wa atububu ilahi 100+ times. (Muslim) 16. Affirm Tawheed - Lailaha illa Llah, wahdahu la shareeka lahu, lahul mulk walahul hamd wa huwa ala kulli shay qadeer 100 (Muslim). 17. Pray in Congregation - Attend all prayers with the congregation at the mosque. 18. Make Supplications - For yourself, family, and the entire Ummah. 19. Give Charity - No matter how small, give in the path of Allah. 20. Pray Duha - Even if just 2 rakat between mid-morning and noon. ("*For the like of this, let all strive, who wish to strive*." (Quran 37:61) Strive to earn 20/20 this. May Allah accept our efforts. My challenging habit is: _____ 2. The cue that triggers it is: _____ * What time of day? * What emotion am I feeling? * Where am I physically? * Who am I with? 3. My current routine is: _____ 4. The reward I'm seeking is: _____ * What does this habit give me? * How does it make me feel? 5. My new spiritual routine will be: _____ * Must be easy enough to do when triggered * Must provide similar or better benefits 6. My new spiritual reward will be: _____ * Immediate satisfaction (how will I feel?) * Long-term benefit (what am I building?) --- Remember: Shaytan has studied your habit loops for years. He knows exactly which cues trigger your worst behaviors. *Shawwal Transformation Challenge – Day 26* 🔁 "*Master the Habit Loop: Transform Your Actions, Transform Your Heart"* "Every powerful habit—good or bad—follows the same three-step pattern. Master this pattern, and you master your destiny." Behind every addiction, distraction, and spiritual struggle lies a predictable pattern. The same psychological mechanics that pull you toward social media can be rewired to draw you toward Allah. Today we learn how to identify the hidden triggers that shape your day and transform them into pathways of barakah. * *TAKE ACTION TODAY:* Break the Code of Your Habits: Cue → Routine → Reward *🔔* Step 1: Expose the Cue * Notice the moment before – What emotion, time of day, or situation consistently precedes your worst habits? * Track your triggers – For 24 hours, note exactly what you were feeling, where you were, and who you were with before scrolling, procrastinating prayers, or engaging in backbiting * Identify your vulnerability patterns – Is it when you're tired after Asr? The 15 minutes before bedtime? The moment after receiving criticism? )* *وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ* (الإسراء: 36) "Do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge." ## 🔄 *Step 2: Revolutionize the Routine* * When boredom hits → Instead of Instagram, open Quran.com and read just 3 verses with translation * When anxious before sleep → Instead of YouTube binges, listen to Surah Al-Mulk with visualization * When feeling lonely → Instead of messaging that haram relationship, message a family member with a kind word or join an online halaqah * When frustrated at work → Instead of complaining, step away for a 2-minute dhikr break with "SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi" 33 times 🎁 *Step 3: Redefine the Reward* * Create a "victory journal" where you track each time you successfully redirect a habit—watching the streak grow becomes its own reward * Practice mindful satisfaction – After dhikr or prayer, close your eyes for 10 seconds and consciously feel the spiritual contentment that follows * Create milestone celebrations – For every week of consistent Fajr, treat yourself to a special breakfast or outdoor morning walk * Visualize your bank of hasanat growing with each positive habit loop, knowing that Allah's reward system is the ultimate incentive * * *> *اتَّقِ اللَّهَ حَيْثُمَا كُنتَ، وَأَتْبِعِ السَّيِّئَةَ الْحَسَنَةَ تَمْحُهَا، وَخَالِقِ النَّاسَ بِخُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ* (رواه الترمذي) "Be mindful of Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good one to erase it, and treat people with good character." *Shawwal Reminder – Day 17* 🧭 *"Make Righteousness Easy"* *_"You don’t always need more willpower. You just need a better environment."_* We naturally take the path of least resistance. So make the path to Allah the easiest one in your day. Don’t just fight your nafs with force — outsmart it with design. TAKE ACTION TODAY: Apply the Law of Least Effort by restructuring your life to support your faith: Stay in wudu throughout the day — Salah becomes effortless Keep your prayer mat in your pocket or with you so you can pray any where. Always dress modestly and wear clothes and Hijab that you can use to pray Place your Qur’an or Mushaf app where you usually waste time Surround yourself with righteous friends who remind you of Allah Avoid environments that trigger sin — online or in real life If possible, live near a masjid to make Salah in congregation easier Use apps that block social media during Qur’an or prayer time. Use your bank app to set up standing order for your daily or monthly charity Pre-plan good deeds — like Salah and dhikr reminders THE TRANSFORMATION SECRET: What you make easy, you’ll do more often. Righteousness doesn’t require struggle sometimes. — it requires smart setup. * *يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ* (البقرة: 185) “Allah intends ease for you and not hardship.” (Al-Baqarah 2:185) The Prophet ﷺ said: *إِنَّ هَذَا الدِّينَ يُسْرٌ، وَلَنْ يُشَادَّ الدِّينَ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا غَلَبَهُ* (رواه البخاري) “This religion is ease, and whoever overburdens himself will be defeated by it.” (Bukhari) REFLECT: What small tweaks can you make today so that Salah, Qur’an, charity and remembrance of Allah feel natural, easy, and part of your flow? Make the halal easier than the haram. Make your surroundings your ally — not your enemy. Ease your way to Jannah — one smart choice at a time. *Shawwal Reminder – Day 15* ⏳ *"The Silence Phase of Growth*" "Real growth often hides behind slow days. Keep going even when it feels still." Not every day will feel spiritually powerful. You might pray and feel distracted. You might read Qur’an and feel disconnected. You might make du‘a and hear no answer. This is the slow season — the quiet test between the planting and the harvest. TAKE ACTION TODAY: Show up for your worship even if your heart isn’t “feeling it.” Because worship is not about mood — *it’s about consistency* Pray even if it’s not long — it still counts Recite Qur’an even if it’s just one page Say dhikr with your tongue — even if your heart cannot focus Give a coin in sadaqah — even if it feels small Make du‘a — even if you feel unheard *THE TRANSFORMATION SECRET:* *Just like a seed grows roots in silence before it ever sprouts, your soul is preparing for something deeper.* *Spiritual stillness is not spiritual failure.* *Stay the course — breakthrough comes after persistence.* *Your spiritual breakthrough may be closer than it seems.* ** *فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا . إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا* (الشرح: 5-6) _*“So indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.”*__(Ash-Sharh 94:5–6) REFLECT: What act of worship have you been doing… but feel like it’s not working? Can you keep doing it today — purely for Allah? Even slow worship is a step forward. Keep walking. Your Lord sees it all. *_We certainly know that your heart is truly distressed by what they say. So glorify the praises of your Lord and be one of those who ˹always˺ pray, And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty [i.e., death]._* Q15 vs 97-99 Follow for more spiritual reminders: WhatsApp: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb0dGq2JUM2iTChCZT1w Telegram: https://t.me/Standingb4Allah YouTube: https://youtube.com/@journeytoallah46?si=zt3dONfJqwHIhcS6

*Shawwal Reminder – Day 13* 🔍 *THE POWER OF IDENTITY 🔍* "Lasting change begins when worship becomes who you are—not just what you do." It’s easy to say, “I should pray.” But true transformation begins when you say: “I am someone who never misses a prayer.” Your identity shapes your choices. And your daily choices shape your soul. --- TAKE ACTION TODAY: Pick ONE identity to adopt and repeat it to yourself today: “I am someone who never misses Fajr, even if I'm tired.” “I am a person who opens the Qur’an every day, even for one verse.” “I am someone who speaks with kindness and truth, even when it’s hard.” “I am a Muslim who gives charity consistently, even if it’s just £1.” “I am someone who lowers their gaze because my eyes belong to Allah.” Say it. Believe it. Act on it. Your actions will follow the identity you commit to. --- THE TRANSFORMATION SECRET Start your day by looking in the mirror and saying: “I am a servant of Allah… and this is who I am.” Then when temptation comes, ask yourself: “What would a person like me do in this moment?” This builds inner integrity—and that’s more powerful than motivation. --- REFLECT: Which spiritual identity do you want to define you? How would your choices shift if that identity was already yours? *> “Say, ‘Indeed, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are all for Allah, Lord of the worlds.’”* (Qur’an 6:162) *> “Actions are according to intentions, and everyone will get what they intended.” (Hadith – Bukhari & Muslim) --- Connect & Grow: WhatsApp: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb0dGq2JUM2iTChCZT1w Telegram: https://t.me/Standingb4Allah

*Shawwal Reminder – Day 12* *⏱️ THE TWO-MINUTE RULE ⏱️* "Big change begins with a small start." When worship feels heavy, don’t push harder. Start smaller. Any act of worship can be scaled down to just two minutes—and that’s all you need to build momentum. TAKE ACTION TODAY: Pick one 2-minute worship you can start right now: For your Imaan: Read 2 verses of Qur’an and reflect on them Say SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi 100x , it takes 90sec to 2mins Make a 2-minute heartfelt du‘a for yourself or someone who needs it Read one Hadith or an ayah explanation (Tafsir) from a trusted source For busy Muslims: While waiting for your tea to brew, do silent dhikr During your commute, listen to 2 mins of a Qur’an recitation or Islamic podcast In between tasks, look up 1 Name of Allah and reflect on what it means for your life Pray Tahajjud after Ishai for 2mins For youth/students: Before scrolling social media, read 1 inspiring post or reminder Watch a 2-minute clip from a scholar or speaker Write a short gratitude note to Allah in your journal or notes app --- *THE TRANSFORMATION SECRET* The hardest part is starting. But once you start—even for 2 minutes—the resistance begins to melt. You’ll often do more than you planned. But even if you don’t, you’ve already succeeded. Consistency > Quantity. Start small. Build big. REFLECT: What act of worship do you keep delaying? Can you make a 2-minute version of it today? *> “So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. And to your Lord direct your longing.”* (Qur’an 94:7–8) *> The Prophet ﷺ said: "Take up good deeds only as much as you are able, for the best deeds are those done regularly even if they are small."
